The guy is talking about school leaving Testimonial Biko.

Testimonial is different from Certificate.
Testimonial is issued by the school almost immediately you are leaving for Secondary School.

Your certificate comes a little later.
It is emboldened FIRST SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE.

Mine was never issued. According to my school, results for my set never came. Headmaster referred me to the local government, went to the local government but the man I was referred to was never around in the office several times that I visited. I wish there will be a way I can go about it as I really need it

All you need to do is to swear to an affidavit then take the affidavit to your school. Your school will issue you to whom it may concern. No school will give you another certificate but the to whom it may concern will cover up for you.

First school leaving certificate is easy to get back, just go back to your primary school or local government school around your area to obtain one, for waec and first degree and nysc if you lost it sorry for you, you can never get it back, you can only get an attestation or to whom it may concern. Waec told me that they can only issue another certificate if the former certificate got burnt and you must have a piece from the fire to show that it got burnt and that piece must contain your registration number not just any part of it. I always advice you scan and save your document in your mail box.

Very simple. FSLC refers to primary school certificate.
He should go to the education authority of the local government where he attended primary school and tell them. He'll pay like 5k to get a new one. I did it so once.

Buhari will be in better position most especially Oshiomhole who graduated from the primary school he claimed to have attended before it was established.

If it is the former, WAEC doesn't have any business with you. It's a matter to be resolved by the relevant state ministry of education and your primary school. You need to start from your primary school to know what to do.

I'm having similar issue ooo... My then nursery school no longer exist, I would have go there to get another one even if it requires tipping.

People self ehn. They said first school leaving certificate not waec result or testimonial. If the school still exists, he can drop by at the school and try to get another else, he should just get an affidavit in court.
