LGA I actually thought it was something I can walk into any public school and get a replacement, of cause with a few naira notes... LGA's, secretariats, MOE's and all can be so time demanding with aggressive staffs.. I'm drastically in need of this stuff

Go to ur primary school and get the copy of the fslc Result sheet of your set/exam year duly stamped and signed by the school headmaster.
Then proceed to the exam development center in your state ministry of education for the substitute copy.

All you need to do is to swear to an affidavit then take the affidavit to your school. Your school will issue you to whom it may concern. No school will give you another certificate but the to whom it may concern will cover up for you.

Someone has really answered this question up there. Simply go to the school you got the certificate. I happened to lose mine at some point, i simply went to the school and asked for another certificate and they asked that i pay some money which i paid and i got my certificate back. First thing first, go to the school the certificate was gotten and make known your request.

you can do that for safety purpose. So in the case, the document is seen at the crime scene, the report you made to the police will be your defence.
