FSLC is primary school certificate.. the testimonial is issued by the school itself while the cert is always been issued by the state ministry of education. so the Op can equally visit the school first if its still existing. n thereby the HM will guide him or her..
.if hr goes to the state ministry of education, they may ask him to go thru the school in question kos they can only issue it to the school.. so he will hve to carry the school along in the deals.. but if the school isnt operational. he will have to start the processing from the state primary education board...

They will trace your name from their register..and tell you they will obtain the stuff from the MoE.
the school no longer exist. The structure is now a mall. I asked around but couldn't find any relevant info but the school

You can then proceed to the LED usually at the LGA Secretariat and they will now tell you what to do.

kindly go to the primary school where you wrote it;inform d school authority,get d following from the school copy of the master result
a. Year of exam
b. Class
c. Name of school
d. Letter of recognition stating that you were a pupil of the school who wrote the exam with details of (a-c) above. Addressed to permanent of Education.
E. Then your father should swear an affidavit that he lost the original copy bearing (a-c). You also should do one stating you gave it to your father for safe keeping as a minor then bearing (a-c)

If it is a private school and it is no more operational...go to the Local Education District where that school was under.

They will tell you what to do.

Some employers of labour still demand to sight it. One of my former employers did and i couldnt be bothered about bringing it. I kept posting them till i was confirmed

When I lost mine after 15 years, I just went back to the school and re-wrote the exam. Not a big deal. I enjoy learning anyways.
