Ẹjọ́ sah.. Excuse me ó but to me your explanation doesn't hold water. I don't understand.. If you want to buy past question would you buy one that just hints at the questions or one that actually gives you the question?
How people choose to share their experience is really up to them and they should even be lauded for trying at all because if they don't, no police will arrest them.
So you don't get to criticize those angels that go 10 steps further to give us more details because like it or not, you benefit the most from them
And if it has never been done before then more kudos to them and I hope the trend continues because that is the kind of altruistic mindset that make countries grow let alone an online forum...Goodluck to each and every one of us
bright8569:

LOOOOL. I guess you must have checked my profile. Honestly I agree with you as someone may get easily confuse. i will tell you my dynamism but my account will be deleted or changed after this recruitment.

I started changing behaviour for fun when I entered Unilever Trend. Something just happen to the point that I lied. Yes I lied I must admit. But when I was criticised, i immediately opened up and apologise to the group since it wasn,t right.

My normal self is, it is not bad to give tips about what happened in interviews for others to benefit especially to those that are naive after all that is the purpose of Nairaland. When i mean tips-- i meant the structure of the question by giving example without saying the main question which is a lot better than what I have experienced in this trend as some went as far as saying the real questions. That was the reason i said that whatever we have experienced in this trend as never happened in PWC Nairaland until all interviews are concluded.

So when a guy came here to insult me unreasonably ( I dont know if it is you as i am not sure if the person as changed account), considering what others have done-----I had to counter him immediately because he did not do what you just did.

JarusHub, you didn't bring this out on time. I was expecting it but my interview was in July. Anyway it's fine. All works for our good.

SHE sounds awesome and determined

moxiesera:

Spot on!!! You have to just be your best self and prepare your best, given the informations that are available. But also, it’s all about you, so if you have really prepared well and you have the experience- work, school, volunteer, family owned business or even church Please be prepared to share it cause it all ends there.

I mean it’s very competitive and whatever would sell you as thé best fit you shouldn’t even be shy or anxious about saying it.

And don’t let the 1st stage destabilize you. Take your time to think, first note sharp points that come to mind on your paper then start to talk. Don’t hold back and make sure you end with confidence!! That lunches you to a great second phase.

I’m hustling like you all, this is my 4th time of trying the recruitment process but 1st time I’m getting to the interview stage. Whether I got all questions right or not, one thing I did not allow to get in my way was fear. So pls be calm.

And yeah, it’s a SHE talking, so trust me when I say relax

All the best!!!

I did ask them this, they said offer comes next and then online induction. Although anything can happen (say what say what)

bright8569:

It should be, but not so fast. Everything cant end up online. I think one way or the other there will be physical stuff.
Re: Pwc Graduate Recruitment 2020 by benque: 6:23pm On Aug 12, 2020
They must have really liked you to keep you that long

ObianujuU:
I just had my interview. First session was "how do you think Nigeria can tackle unemployment?"

Lottssss of behavioural questions, Lots of them...I was probably asked all the behavioral questions that have been shared here, and more.

-What's the most challenging job you've done?
-Give us an example of when you've had to seek an opinion in carry out an assignment.
-Share an experience of your integrity being tested. Can't remember a lot of them, but I answered 10 or more

Interview lasted for 55mins. A part of me is happy that I finally got this interview off my chest, but this is another level of anxiety for me.

Lol. To be sincere, if you don't prepare well, you would regret of attending the interview. Those guys are intelligent and have a way of making you say the truth. So it's better you don't lie or back up your lies with enough evidence. Don't rush your words and don't mistakenly say what you ain't supposed to say...... I'm sorry if I just scared you but it's better to tell you what to expect so as to make you know how well you should prepare.

Nah you're putting unnecessary pressure on people, being a bit condescending and now abusive. and I can see why.

Am not too good like most of you guys but i will try and share my experience.

First as already said, you will be required to share your view on some economic related questions. Mine was on Crime in Nigeria

After that, i was given one minute to drink water ooo. Then the behavioural questions start flowing left and right:
I will advice you look for an current local and international news you can share with them.
Know more about SME,
PwC recent activities,
What you have been doing since COVID-19
How to answer question about when your integrity was at risk
How you handle employees u can't get along with.
How you get your news or keep abreast with current happenings around you
.

I will say they build up questions from your response.

Hi All,
Before I share my experience, I want to say a big thank you to all those who shared their experiences or one input or another during the course of this ongoing process. Please know that blessings are upon the head of he that selleth corn and does not hoard it.

My interview took a form similar to that others:

The first part of the interview was a presentation on "Challenges facing SMEs during the covid 19 pandemic and my suggestions on how they could be overcomed" I was given 5 minutes to speak on this.

Then I was asked to introduce myself.
I was questioned about my role in my former Job and the impact it has had on the firm

I was asked behavioural questions like:

1. A time, I did something new or innovative.
2. A time I leveraged on my relationship with others to achieve a goal
3. A time I faced challenges outside of work.
4. A time I was given a task that was unclear.
5. A time I received a negative feedback at work.
6. A time I had to perform a task with a short notice or tight deadline.

Other questions like:
1. What BU would I fit into in Assurance
2. What I had learnt recently
3. How I keep up with the latest news.
4. Tell me about a recent national and global news and your thoughts on the global news.

My interview lasted for about 1 hour. Being calm is Key.
Thanks
