If I have money in my PayPal account, let's say $1000, and its connected to my africard international visa card. Can I use the card to make payments online and my PayPal account deducted automatically Like I want to buy some thing on aliexpress, can I use the africard to make payments and it will be deducted from my PayPal account automatically ? Or can I withdraw the money in my PayPal account to the card and use it to make payments? Which one is possible in both options? |
