Same applies to every other person doing so, a lot of people do come here with contrary opinion yet they express themselves and nobody fight them.
He can always make his point in a cool way, I don't care about whatever he have to say after all I am not working with him.
But I was slighted when he just keep insulting others, he is not the first he will soon fixle out like others before him.
No be today, it's just normal because he is a fleet manager.
The higher the rental the better for him, after three layers of people have to feed on a particular vehicle if it's managed by an agent.

There is really no day that I don't come by this thread, but it is sometimes disheartening when we haggle over issues here that are really not worth it, only because someone posts his earnings...or makes a remark that our perspective gives a different definition to.

But anyways, @jpworld, you owe madam radu an apology sha.

Show me the attack on drivers?

Then try to open a little bit of ur eyes and see if you will see how they're insulting me.

Im still waiting 4 the ban

Why is that the people moving for your ban are mostly drivers? That says alot of the motive behind the ban request. If the mods ban u, Seun will be called out for allowing such a one sided motive. Nairaland is for everybody and not for a selected few.

Apolo wetin?

What i said about madam radautoworks is not an insult, it's an assumption.

Only thing i have done is call most drivers vampire, (which they are)and it was not pointed at anybody.

Gentlelife50 you're acting like my jss1 class captain. my broda i don't manage people's vehicles i own them.

If u want to count people that have been successful in this business u will count me, owning above 10 cars no be beans, after starting with 3 cars, i take my business very serious like my life depend on it.

I have been on nairaland since 2009, some drivers insulting me here are still sucking their mom breast when we started using nairaland.

Why not share some of the things you did that grew your business from 3 to 10 cars, we could learn a thing or two.

I'm talking about the unnecessary attacks on drivers and family especially. There IS a NL rule against that. If he wants to make imaginery comments about his fleet, it has to do with Uber but the uncouthness does not and you guys don't have to deal with it. Better than insulting back and forth.

I agree. But there's always a time in a mans life that he would be faced with a humbling experience. The haggling is just too much negative energy.

For the record, sir, i am among those clamouring for his sanction because he has broken rule 2 governing NL usage several times.

I am neither an owner nor driver partner, so i am entirely indifferent about his stand in the subtle battle going on between owner and driver partners.

My point is, If all of us begin to act and comment the way he does, this thread would have since been locked.

It seems 40% of NL drivers have worked for you directly or otherwise. You have really tried.

Working with couple of them in nairaland open my eyes, it was like working with agbero or danfo driver.

One of my horrible experience was one driver here, every week he takes a offline trip to somewhere in egbeda, and i stay in ogudu, once he is in that location, he will call me the car has spoilt, they need this and that, one of the week, he claim again the car has issue.

I didn't inform him, i drive straight to the location, using the tracker, arriving there nothing is wrong with the car, i retrieve the car immediately.

Some of them here do the same, once they realize u have no time

The car was bought brand new by an Indian man with 74,000 on the odometer, the man probably got frustrated with our try and error mechanics and decided to sell it.

I replaced the AC condenser as the car had a minor accident that affected the condenser. I also changed the cramshaft POSITIONING sensor and that was all.

The engine is in mint condition however I will need to replace the clutch disk soon.

And by the way the original price is 395,000 I just rounded it up to 400k

That's a good buy bro

Since you have failed to put up sound argument, you finally resorted to cheap blackmail and lies?

Now i know that all the chest-beating you have been making all along are all lies. You have neither 10 cars in your fleet nor have met any of the folks here you claimed called you "oga" first (what an achievement, even!).

Besides, is e-hailing, especially for the driver partners, now an undignifying job that you would attempt to use it to blackmail me or i would try so hard to dissociate myself from it even when i am actually into it? As a self-acclaimed investor, you should have an idea on the cost structure of the endeavour. It is no small endeavour in any measure. So, why would any hardworking person attempt to deny the hustle, if he is in it?

Guys, this man is insulting your collective sense of pride here. From one corner of your mouth, you are subtly ridiculing drivers here, and from the other corner of your mouth, you are boasting of having 1 million cars in your fleet.

In addition to being a bitter and hateful person, you are also a hypocrite. Please get off my mention.

OBOY, manual no good for ehailing.
If you actively drive a manual car, by the third month you will look older by 3 years.

A poll on weekly remittance was done in a group I belong to and the least of the options was 20k. Surprisingly, guys started asking why option of15k is not there. These are guys that make feel like i'm lazy whenever I see their weekly earnings.
jpworld:

Yet drivers want a car for 20k weekly.

My driver has consistently make good money for the past 4 weeks.

The ease of e-hailing in Abuja is sweet...

Airport pick up is without issues as FAAN and bolt have sorted themselves out . So there is a park created for Bolt cars - you must be at d car park designated for every pick up...on exiting the car park u pay 500naira ...airport trip is 4k

Within the city, Bolt again leads the way as they have negotiated their Tax payment, so business is a win-win for all.... I must say Bolt is ahead ....

Some Drivers always have a strong greedy motive in transport business, bc they see themselves as the engine room, u r not on alert they will send u back to ur village.

It's always paining them, when someone unveil the true nature of the business.
