The phone now be like Virgin.... I had to start installing and downloading. It was painful. Abeg who had a bitter experience with this recent update Abi na only me.?

Finally got my redmi note 9s today. It's a beauty to behold albeit heavy for my fragile hands.

Thanks to nurex01 for the speedy delivery. Even though he doesn't do payment on delivery, he made an exception for me.. I've been a guest, had to join nairaland to appreciate him. I strongly recommend him.

Btw, is it advisable to use generator to charge a new phone?

Congratulations. Kindly get an amoured case and a screen guard in case for the bolded. I think the phone is made with glass. Don't charge with those small generator sets that barbers use. Otherwise it's okay.

Video quality is as good as the quality of video you choose to watch.

It depends on the phone you where using before.

You have in your hands a phone with 1080p resolution and you don't expect contents less than 720p or manageably 480p to be crisp on such device.

You are probably watching 480p, 360p or 240p video qualities on a 1080p device that's why the videos are not clear. In my own experience, any video quality less than 720p doesn't look good on the Note 8 Pro.
Try and get a video with high quality and see the difference, you can also change the video resolution on YouTube to 720p for a better quality but it will consume more data.

Hello house, so I decided to get my First Redmi device by upgrading from my Galaxy s8 to Redmi note 9s.
Mhn I won't lie this device really worth the Hype no CAP!
Camera without Gcam: Excellenté
Battery: extra Excellentéé
Performance: Additional Excellentééé.

Bye bye to Samsung for Now with their Expensive screen because looking at this baby battery percentage compared to my s8 I most say it gives me a Hard On!

NB my only anger is they did not include any ear piece so I just close eye buy the airDot.

Please if you're Still using Tecno,Infinix & that crap Itel give Redmi a trial and you would never Regret.

If you have any pending update, pls update your phone sharp sharp. Also try hard restarting your phone by pressing power button for like 15 sec till the phone vibrate. I have been using my Redmi 8 since December and have never experience what you are experiencing, good luck...
