How has presidency helped the north l been the poorest region in the country? You better grow this Yoruba man claiming igbo
I'm not a yoruba man. I'm a full blooded Igbo. Onye Anambra ka'm bu. From Adazi Nnukwu in Anaocha local govt. I mean it when I tell you that we've lost out politically and it hurts to admit it.
We can still redeem our political relevance if we start practicing political diplomacy.
Nnamdi Kanu really destroyed every political gain we have made since 1999

Wetin dey your eye wey no make am clear?

So you expect an "Almajiri and Ewedu" party to give its ticket to a zone where they are hated with passion? Nobody does that as it would amount to a political suicide. Certainly APC will not do it.

As for the dying PDP, they may zone their ticket to the zone where they are very much loved.

You see, things don't just happen, they are planned. South west planned very well and I repeat, they already have the presidential ticket of APC. I no tok of PDP o.

On the perspective of fairness and equity, Orji Uzor Kalu stand tall and most qualified save his recent judicial conviction.
El-Rufai and Lawan should not even attempt to aspire talk more of being featured on the basis of power rotation.

Just remove all of them... They are all part of the age long rot in the Nigerian system!!! We don't have to keep recycling elderly charlatans!!!... Elections are not supposed to be publicity contests.

Nigerian youths need to sit their mediocre asses down and talk about their future!!! This nation's delicate and discouraging or bleak future!!! Anything short of brainy and honest technocrats, and this nation will disappear into economic oblivion.
I agree 100%. We need younger people with a breath of fresh air. Damn 2023 and all people think is to bring back the same people that put us in this current mess?!
It's about time, we took power from these men. It might sound difficult or impossible but it's not. We can't keep recycling the same dunderheads and expect a better country, rather these old men will make things worse than they already are.
We need new faces in our political landscape. It's about time.

hmm!

It's Igbo turn, don't tell me you Yorubas are this wicked.

Osinbajo who is currently the vice president of Nigeria is also nursing another ambition. This is greediness of the millennium.

Northerners have said that "greed will not kill Yoruba people, but Igbos have known better

2023 should be the turn of South East, but since something is not alright, we will be behind anyone from the north, we have to redeem our image.

2023 elections is going to be a do or die affair, should incase south east did not contest for Presidential election, we south east will do everything possible to redeem a northern Presidential candidate

South west does not exist as far as 2023 election is concerned, they will not see any vote from South east and south south, as I said earlier, there's image to redeem, all the insults south east and south south have received from South West would be settled during 2023 elections, a lesson needs be taught.

We will rather vote and support a Goat or a Cow from the North than to support anyone from South West, since they don't want to support us, we will never support them, this is South East Youth Wing decision, remember we are in Democracy, Government of the people, by the people and for the people.

One Nigeria

The Stockholm Syndrome??! This is beyond ridiculous... It's shameful and saddening!!!

The same gang of thieves that have been looting for close to half a century!!! When they are done, they position their offsprings to continue...

Instead of the youths to unite and say 'No more', they choose to settle their own selfish ends, which untilmately amounts to nothing, and further dooms an already dying nation.

Yeah... It's not even just the age sir... The chosen one can even be over 50!!! But, he or she ought to be someone unconnected to these gangs and mafia of thieves. Someone with a brain and a conscience.

Buhari and others have no conscience whatsoever!!! It really beggars belief!!!... Men who are more than willing to sacrifice members of their own communities just to gain more access to national budget. Smh.

This igberatv that carry both false and fake news is not even current.

El rufai already ceded presidency to the south.

Lawan is not contesting. He's not even amongst the those who have the potential to race or you think its about being a senate President, where is David Mark now?

Please remove orji. Even the Igbos don't want him.

BAT is a king maker. He should stay like that if he tries to mount the throne, all his reputation both good and bad would be distroyed especially the good ones.

Osinbajo remains the most capable and able man to lead this country. He's an action man.
I agree with you....but if the BAT should run he has my support.....I doubt lawan will try he is safer in the Senate and as the Senate president he has a little more mouth than a VP.....I don't think he will want to give that up.

shows u are not politically savvy. Ur friends have foresight. Osinbanjo is good to go but Nigeria problem is somehow dangerous for gentle man.. U see Tinubu as he is.... Over complete dey worry am forget the beer parlor talk of bullion van, I careless , I see his posivity, He has his ways in every government parastarals that no cabal can withstand his political sagacity , no politician in Nigeria is not scared of Tinubu, He is like a great dad.. I guess u didn't know much about his works as Lagos State Governor. Why do u think many see him as the father of mordern lagos??

he has his flaws (thug, corrupt suspect etc) no doubt but bro look beyond that. We don't want a remote controlled president/vegetable.

Lol. We can always trust you people to be sentimental, tribalistic and hateful above common sense and logical reasoning.

Pray tell us who will get APC tickets if indeed it is zoned to the South. Igbos? SS?

If the APC try to disenfranchise the Yorubas then the Party will suffer for it. Know that Northerners are not hateful enough to cut their nose just to spite their face as Igbos are prone to doing.

The North is pragmatic politically and knows the worth of the Yorubas to the APC. Unlike Igbos who are politically worthless with no reward at all to be gained supporting or empowering them.

If Yorubas won't get APC ticket I guess they will hand it to those from regions with no electoral value at all to the Party and will guarantee an election humiliation for the APC. Nonsense.
You talk as if there is no more opposition party
Unless you only think about rigging

To be honest, those are the only candidates that will appeal to the political powerbrokers, kingmakers and elite of the APC. We all must remember they come first, at Party level, before Nigerians even get the chance to cast a single vote.

How does anyone, regardless of the love Nigerians have for them, get to become President if they cannot even get the ticket of the APC or PDP? APC will win in 2023 and the names you list above are the only ones suitable to APC Party delegated who will be under massive inducement from political Godfathers, benefactors, power blocs, interest groups etc.

Nigerians can mention Moghalu, Adesina, NOI, Kalu, Onu, Sowore etal all they want. If you are not running on the platform of APC or PDP then forget the Presidency. Simple. I can't speak for the PDP but I know the APC candidate will be a Yoruba with Amaechi having an outside chance while Igbos have zero chance of getting the APC ticket. Best they face PDP.

One thing is worth bearing in mind. Of all the APC candidates, Tinubu will be the most powerfully opposed. Yet he will also be the most powerfully supported. The most excitable always show their hands early hence the early gang up we are seeing against BAT now. Nonetheless it is the most calculative, patient and influential who always win in Nigeria. Go figure.
It is only SW that will support Tinubu

The part in bold is ignorant of the history of Nigeria. The only thing constant in life is change. Nothing is rigid or set in stone in politics.

Did "unelectable" Buhari many tagged "eternal election loser" not become President. Buhari's ambition was even harder than Tinubu's to achieve yet we all saw GMB become PMB.

Ditto for GEJ in 2011. A total nobody with no political machinery whatsoever and the most unlikely President anyone can imagine. Yet he won the election when politically powerful men and women swung behind him.

Some of us don't understand Nigeria to appreciate what becoming her President entails. If the right number of the right sort of political elite back a candidate then that candidate will be President. Take that to the bank and watch this work for Tinubu in 2023. In fact Tinubu himself is counting on this while ordinary Nigerians continue with their "Kingmakers don't become Kings" myopia.
Truth be told if the BAT tries it he will have massive support, including mine but there are some things many believe that should be left alone when you reach a certain level in life.....if he supports the Prof we all know he will become president, but the true seat of power will be in an estate in Lagos if you get my drift.....I have been speaking with a lot of political analyst and lobbyist and there's a massive underground movement in support of the Prof....they say most of the BAT promotions are just a distraction to keep some certain people off the ball as he is the biggest threat come 2023.....
