Good afternoon everyone.
I have an admission for global hospitality management at Conestoga college against January 2021. School fee payment deadline is October. School gave fly wire and cibc as options to pay fee and my bank is saying no third party payment is allowed. Any idea how I can pay my tuition of 8865.25 CAD. Please help
Hello I'm a Conestogan.
They're 3 options for payment.
The third is Western Union business solutions.
That gives you the CBN official rate but you'd go to your bank after printing the payment instruction online.

From the little I know, I think your school giving you an option of CIBC(which is a bank in Canada )should also provide you with the account number thou I don't know how things work with Conestoga.

My school provided me their account number with Royal Bank of Canada in which I wired my tuition successful using Form A(FirstBank)@ the rate of 291.8naira/1cad first week of August. My opinion is you contact the school and inquire if such option is available.

If yes, you can use the link below to check how to go about using FormA .. Courtesy Lekiboboe

Hello I'm a Conestogan.
The CIBC option is an online Credit/ debit card payment. If you have someone in Canada, they can do it for you.

The best option I have suggested to Conestogans is Western Union Business Solutions.

Flywire though their rates are high. Dollars is scarse now. You dont need your bank to use flywire. You can sit at your home. All your need is your student number and ATM card

Fly wires rate is too high

Cibc said if my card can't pay the money at once they'll keep taking it in bits till its complete, meaning for as many times they withdraw I'll keep paying the service charge

Exactly, I have to take the printout to the bank. First bank said no more third party payment meaning all the options given by Conestoga cannot be used. I contacted the school for their direct account number and they said it's not possible. The only option the bank gave me is to buy dollar through black market and send to flywire
I have tire

Go with everything especially coloured photocopies of your international passport so they wont charge u 1k there for it.. Also go with the proof of payment of the $235 application fee
@Pee2jay,

The only Proof of payment I have is the screenshot of the
$235 CAD TRANSACTION APPROVED RECEIPT I got when I submitted my application,

Can i print & make use of that as my PROOF OF PAYMENT?

Based on the complaint from 2-3 applicants of Conestoga college in this forum about payment of tuition fee,
it seems one can't use FORM A to pay Tuition fee to Conestoga College

Hello Gurus in the house, sorry to bother you with my questions ooo. The thing is I got the tuition payment receipt from my school and I decided uploading it via a web form.

Now the issue is I was kind of in a hurry that day and I didn't check the type of enquiry box well and ended up clicking on *(Replacement Documents, Amendment to Documents and Verification of Status Documents)* and went ahead to fill other information and submitted successful only to find out there was an option for *Temporary Residence (applied online)/study permit.

Morealso, I used a webform link not having a specific visa processing office. I would like to know your take on this if its nothing to worry about or if I'm to resend another web form which I read can't be sent more than once.

I didn't get any mail of acknowledgement maybe it's because my application hasn't exceeded the processing time.

PLEASE ADVISE oooooo

Gurus in the house, please I need some advice. I applied June 10th submitted with upfront medical and police certificate. Eligibility and background check still been reviewed.i have sent a web form to verify IRCC has received medical from Qlife and was replied that they received it and application is still in progress.i’ve recently sent a second web form to let them know school is resuming soon. Question: should I apply for GCMS note now since application has been about 10weeks or I should still exercise patience and expect a reply from the web form? Thanks for the expected reply

Then contact another bank.
Of everyone that has tried Western Union it seems your bank is different. Try another bank. Someone paid through same process bout 3days ago

With Western Union business, they'll still give you a Form A to fill but they know how to process the payment. Go with you LOA, passport and payment instruction.
Ensure you meet the Western Union officer their and just show him the instructions he knows what to do from there. Except your bank cannot or you went to a bank different from your own bank

Have you done your biometrics? My cousin applied for her study permit visa on June 24 and she passed her medicals but hasn’t received her AIP yet.

She is really worried about this.

I have once paid 6kCAD through CIBC using GTbank master naira card and deduction was once but u will need to convert amount u want to pay US dollar before d transaction can go through. I think equivalent of 6kCAD to us dollar as at Feb was $4656.91. the service charge was already included

They are still reviewing your eligibility. I think they usually look at medicals after a preliminary look at your eligibility. When they are done with that they move to medicals. If you have not done a medical then they request your medical. If you have the profile will change to “we are reviewing your medical results”. Then if it will change to medical passed.
That’s why before all this COVID era, a medical request was usually viewed as a good thing because it means you have passed at least the initial eligibility review.
Now we are not too sure about the order in which they look at documents anymore. But once they start to look at your medical test your profile will change.
