Ok mama
As a breastfeeding mum u will need fruits, vegetables, salads without mayonnaise or salad cream. Avocado butter is better as cream. I'll send d timetable to you but u can't take hot things now, just fruit detox and if you notice baby is purging. Please stop till u wean. Just take a glass of warm water btwo5-6am daily instead.

True sis. I cant evem share some info here cos i paid for some. My phone got spoilt beyond repair so I can't access whatsapp d for now. I'll buy another phone on Tuesday so maybe we should all wait till then.
