My thoughts too, especially with the stringent requirements from the states in the last financial year.
EA - faster result, requires at least 1 third party document for all the years, less state nominating occupation
TRA - application outcome takes longer than EA, payslip + (at least bank statement, pension or tax for all the years), higher chance of getting a nomination with less stringent requirements/points than professional engineer

Did you graduate from a University under the Dublin or Washington accord? If your degree is from Nigeria, you are not eligible.

If the rules haven't changed, your passport needs to be less than 6months to expiry before you can renew - meaning, you may begin your renewal process. However, it is not really a long process anymore, if you have an immigration personnel monitoring it for you on the inside (all can be done in one week - From Capturing to Issuance).

Also, you must have your NIN readily available, as it is a dire requirement for the issuance of an international passport for all Nigerians (including children - Babies/Toddlers and all).

you can ask your employer for it.

Ask the HR/Tax/Finance Unit (which ever unit deals with tax issues/payroll) of your company to write a tax clearance letter for you (to whom it may concern), stating your gross and PAYE for the last three years (i.e. 2019, 2018, 2017), as 2020 can't be ready. Then, if you have a relationship with someone in the unit issuing the letter, they may provide sample PAYE receipts for these periods, evidencing remittance by the company on employees' behalf.

The period above, is the exact content that would be in the TCC that the Rivers State Internal Revenue Service (or any State's tax authorities) would issue to you. This is faster to get. From experience, this is the type of letter we give staff members who are desperate to get a tax clearance before the State Government eventually gives one - if they ever.

To request for your TCC from the tax authorities as an individual, you would be required to come through your employer - this may take forever, unless you will volunteer to follow up after the application for TCC is made by your company and I'm sure you know what this means. You may be required to part with something for a process that should be free and should not take more than 2weeks (as stated in the PITAM/PAYE regulations). Unfortunately, we are a unique country!

Do you have evidence of salary paid at the level for your occupation during NYSC? If you have, you can add it to your experience. You need minimum of 3 years experience to claim experience points.

Meanwhile, you don't need to include your MSc, it is not relevant except you want to nominate a related occupation. MSc and BSc are both 15 points.

Why don't you re-write IELTS, and try max points, especially the Listening sections. Then apply for Canadian Imm.

you will need payslips and other employment documents to confirm the authenticity of your job. You should start requesting for bank payment.

Also, visit Vetassess.com.au and search for architectural draftsperson and read about the assessment requirements.
