You told him to be careful that he is just a premed student and that he should not come back here to complain if he get shipped to anatomy or biochemistry just because he dropped his own opinion on the issue and you wanted to back up your claim or show how right you were. Edit off that post, stop being insensitive and over-protective of your words even when you yourself know it's harsh, wrong or just plainly stupid. I won't comment more than this too. Re: The medical students and aspirants thread by Dsplendid: 11:14am On Aug 21, 2020
I don't know the exact number of times one can retake a particular MB in Unizik.
I have only heard it's 3times.
I'm still in 200level.
But I suppose the number of retakes is dependent on the degree of failure.
There's a kind of failure that might get one packing out on second attempt.
So it's relative.
Moderate failures might have the grace of 3 times
or 4 if there's such provision.

Are you going for Unizik?

Are you a unizik medic? I'm an aspirant and have been trying to meet a medic from unizik but unable to find any.

I did that cos I didn't want to derail this thread. 5 minutes of using nairaland search button, I could bring up many other insidious things you have said to many people here all in the name of "know". As I have said, I don't want to derail this thread, I would hate for that to happen. About judging you. No. I am only bringing your attention on NAIRALAND to your reckless ways of defending your words on NAIRALAND. Who you are in real life is your bizz but it better not be this zeeknow3245. I swear I have been seeing all these posts for months cos I am always going through this thread everyday, just decided to bring them to your notice. Now, I won't reply again. Listen, don't listen. Your choice. But the day you do this come my side is the day you know the difference between God and gods. Good day.

It reflects immediately but it takes two weeks or thereabouts for the institution to have your details on its portal.

My God!! I'm in a dilemma right now.. It's like it's very risky for me to do COC as the sales of the form will close in ten days' time ... I'm a Jupeb candidate in UNILORIN but I decided to sit for UME first..I picked UI(due to transparency in admission)..Today,while I was at the admin block, making enquiries,to my dismay,I was told I have to change from UI to UNILORIN from UME in order to obtain her post UTME form. I was told after doing so I can then switch to D.E if the Jupeb exam goes well...I really need the D.E admission badly..my question is,if at the end I decided to upgrade to D.E,will my failure to purchase UNILORIN post UTME form jeopardize my chances of being admitted?

You have to apply to Unilorin to gain admission as it's D.E candidate na. You see there is no time to waste. First thing tomorrow morning, go and change. I am sure there are many candidates that will change to the school three, four or less days to deadline so don't fear. But if you want to be proactive about it, since you are in Ilorin already, after changing tomorrow, go to the school on Monday to complain that you have changed but it has not reflected (if it has not). That way, you would have made them known about it. Don't worry, they can't leave you guys hanging, your details will probably show before deadline and if it doesn't, then the school will most likely extend the deadline so you guys could register. There is no cause for alarm now. Unless you don't change fast. No need for dilly-dallying about it. Change am tomorrow morning. If all these CBT centres tell you that they don't work on weekends, pm me, I have someone that will change it for you tomorrow. He will take your details to the CBT centre himself.

P.S. The person is not me but he did mine too and it was even on a Saturday too as I was in a hurry.

Same thing happened to my younger sister and I sent a complaint to jamb at www.jamb.gov.ng/support they asked for her registration number and resolved it.

You should try that also. The complaint should be under the CAPS category

Thanks a lot but I was told by the counsellor I can switch to D.E later(for those who wrote jamb first and had good Jupeb scores) but are you saying UNILORIN has to be my first choice and not UI? When upgrading from UME to D.E, can't one select the school that way rather than having it selected in UME?

When upgrading Jamb to DE, you at liberty to choose any school you want.

The question you need to answer is that as at the time of upgrading your UTME to DE will Unilorin sales of post DE still be available?

I shall know that for one to be considered for admission via DE, you must also buy the school post DE form.

Once you can answer the question I posed above, then you can face your UI post UTME, then once JUPEB is good enough, you can upgrade to Unilorin.

Nevertheless, if by the time the upgrade is done, Unilorin sales of post DE might have been closed then it will be better you change to Unilorin and register for their post UTME, it will be easier to convince the school to treat your post UTME as post DE once the upgrade is done.

My 2cent
