Go to the office with your statement of account and other relevant documents, fill the rollover form and you are good to go.

If you can’t go there and you have an account officer that can help you do it, then sure contact that person. Just send in the necessary details and you are good to go.

If you don’t go, next month you would not be paid and your capital would be hanging like ripe mango on a tree.

You are not understanding them. The online system for now is only programmed to withdraw rois based on the amount you invested and not additional idle funds. You should have called the office b4 withdrawing amounts that was in addition to your Roi

Your first capital of 360k is been invested and working fine for you.

You can easily withdraw your ROI if initiated within two days.

But you can’t withdraw a capital weather invested or not within two days period.

Trying to withdraw the capital and ROI of 414k entered pending bcz that capital has to undergo a process before its released back to you.

My guess is a minimum of 3weeks period. You ought to be patient.

7th ROI received yesterday. Thanks to God almighty. Reading through the thread just stay away from the online platform rather Physical go to their office and get an account officer. And consciously build a relationship with him /her.

After my 4th ROI, I visited their office and filled the rollover form. I was at work when my 5th and 6th ROI landed. All I did was download my account statement and soft copies of whatever he wanted to rollover and sent to him via whatapp. And without him asking I sent him something tangible for all his efforts. Yesterday my 7th ROI landed with no effort on my path.

That's not true. Their is nothing like pre-informing them about your rollover at the 5th month. At the completion and payment of your 6th months ROI, you are given withing the first 7 days to do rollover and that's all.
