When you have and are ready to bring her to the UK, then she can apply as Tier 4dependant and submit necessary documents to prove relationship i.e marriage certificate and all

Even if you submit your application one day before you get married you cannot state that you are married

On the day you submit then put whatever is the actual status.

After you get married then your spouse can submit a dependant application with the relevant supporting evidence. The VO officer would be able to see that the marriage certificate date comes after the main applicant submission of an application and that's fine

I honestly cannot say definitively what you should do in this situation. Perhaps someone who has been or knows of someone who has been in a situation where an imminent marriage was planned can help.
However two things:

1. Do not lie on the form by saying you are married now when you are not.

2. Assuming you are in an unavoidable hurry because your school will be opening in September/early October, if you are about to get married (i.e. you and your madam and the families have arranged everything) and you need to fill this form ASAP to make a September school start date, given that many Nigerians generally have an option of 3 ceremonies (traditional, registry, religious) is there no way at all you can advance your marriage, e.g. a) by going to a marriage registry this week while the religious or traditional ceremony or whatever you have planned comes when scheduled or conversely b) carrying out a valid traditional ceremony with the photos and all? (I'm well aware of people who have done the latter, dropping in from abroad for a week and completing all formalities and taking off again). Depending on where you are in the country, it may be possible to facilitate a state registry ceremony within days.

These are just suggestions.

This gentleman has given you a couple of options concerning what you could do if you are really in a hurry to fill the paperwork asap, and they are indeed excellent options if you are in an unavoidable hurry for some reason, but I would advise you to remove the "hurry" factor from your form-filling and planning with respect to your planned marriage. I think you're going to have to provide evidence to show your marriage is a genuine one anyway given its recency.

If it’s the school asking, then saying your brother should be fine or just put family but add that the funds will be transferred to your account so it is clear you know what you’re doing (as UKVI stipulates that only your parents can sponsor you.....everyone else needs to transfer the cash to you).

Guys pls is the access bank card(the one with $1000 limit) the verve card or the visa card. I'm at the bank now, they're saying verve card can't be used for international transactions. But I have seen ppl keep mentioning the verve card here

Yes.. it's because they want to prevent doing a chest xray if you are pregnant..
Even when you are there, the doctor will also ask you this question..there's no issue about it.. it's for your own good

Don't get yourself worried. There's no rule against your wife being the source of your funds though you might be asked about how much she earns monthly so ensure that your answer doesn't negate her capacity to have being able to give you the funds. As long as your funds have been held in the prescribed manner, it's okay.

Your answers and performance at your interview is the basis of ascertaining your genuineness as a student; in essence, this is your knowledge of your course, why you chose it, modules, accomodation/transportation info because these show that you've done your homework.

Changing from dependant visa to Tier 2 visa is perfectly legal and is not a reason for rejecting applications as long as you meet all the T4 requirements and handle your interview with finesse.

If you'll be sponsoring yourself (the money in your account), just tick the self-sponsor box; if your husband is being sponsored and the sponsorship covers his dependants, tick other and include the details.

Not in health but I've got a few peeps in the health sector.

My answer is more in the line of dduchess90 's response. Since OSPAP is just about converting overseas pharmacists to UK ones, it does not impact your career much (but the ECO doesn't necessarily know this since impact on career is relative) other than enabling you to work in the UK so your answer has to be strategic. Find a way to weave your professional aspirations into your answer.

I submitted my visa application on August 12 and I was able to get August 26 self service for my interview. I have uploaded all my supporting docs including my statement of account and I submitted it. I just want to know if I need to go with a new statement of account on Wednesday 26 of August.

Are you a genuine student if yes then why are you giving yourself headache over nothing . Who told it , it is every medical doctor that must practice and change to tier 2 . Been a doctor is not automatic that you must enter the UK through that route or that even after GMC registration that you will find an employer sponsor . it might be an option but it still a personal choice whether you choose to use any route

If you are a true student then focus on you and how you articulate that in any interview .... Once you can articulate your plans clearly then you have nothing to worry about .

No, you dont need a new statement.

For Ikeja TLS, there are dates for 28th August for those who want to amend.

For V.I, I learnt there is 28th August too.

On the 26th you are just going to take your biometric and after that have an interview and you leave the building.... there would even be nobody to give a new statement of account to.

From my experience, you don't lose the date. After searching for a new date and don't see something suitable, just close to the tab.
