Please how did you get information that a decision has been made on your application?
johnez1987:

I don't know if this applies to those of us who have gotten a decision but yet to get their passport/visa.

It doesn't apply to us, we can only hope our applications are prioritized now that they're almost done with vignette replacement.

I will advise those who submitted their application prior to lockdown to visit tls contact. A close relative submitted passport in March and was expecting the pick up mail. After many days of no information, out of frustration, we visited tls yesterday (Tuesday) only to discover that the passport is ready for pick-up.

Prior to this, we had sent many mails even using the paid mail service last week and they told us to wait for 15 working days that our complaint was being escalated.

I didn't do anything. Hopefully, our passports will be out with the others at the VAC next week.

Ask your bank for a dollar card. Its pretty to get one nowadays.
You wont have the $100 restriction if you get one.

I have a dollar card though but I didn't use it for payment but there are comments here about people not being able to make payments using a dorm account domiciled with a Nigerian bank.

The ECO would be interested in knowing why you want to sponsor your sister in-law's proposed visit to the UK. The idea of a birthday gift is not enough.

Do you have evidence of how you communicate with her? Someone with payslips and a business is also expected to have a bank account. Having a business does not say much. Without the bank statements, how can she show evidence of her disposable income?

Any special reason you want to avoid including her bank statements?

Good evening all
I need advice on what to do and how to go about this
My wife got a job and her COS was sent to her on 10th August
She just put to birth(22nd August) and she applied for NARIC (which is going to take 10 to 15 days, she applied on 25th August)

Our plan
We want to move together

Questions
Will moving together be feasible considering the baby's age?
How much do we need to spend?
What documents do we need etc
Will change of name matter? We have not done that
Thank you

, I submitted my family passports(visas) on the 29th of July, 2020 for vignette extension . Till date, I've not gotten any information as to if the Vignettes extension has been granted as today's is the 20th working day(or 28 calender days ). No information yet. It's so worrisome.

Just to update you guys.... Got a call from TLS to come pickup my passport. I collected it yesterday with the replacement vignette valid for 3 months.
Timeline: Submitted Aug 5th in Abuja.

Wish you guys the very best.
