Okay. So would you say your own child has a mental disorder like others are insinuating here? Or would you say it's a case of severe tantrums? What do you usually do, when your own child starts displaying?

Two of my neighbours kids are like this and the mother hardly does anything about it, they cry and scream at the same time until they get what they want. The father is an offshore worker who is hardly around but when he is, I've noticed the incessant screaming, crying and destructive behaviour is non-existent, until he leaves again. They know not to display when he is around because he doesn't take it, whereas I see the mother giving into them all the time and I wonder to myself, na dem born you abi na you born dem? These are 5 and 2 year old kids.

Sparing the rod and spoiling the child is fast becoming a pattern/norm with some parents. It's a pattern I am seeing too often, which is being excused as child abuse (if you beat or discipline a child) and now I am hearing mental disorder too! My Naija people I hail o!
