It's simple.
I used fresh tomatoes, peppers and onions.
I chopped and fried them as I would when making sauce; first the chopped onions, the tomatoes and peppers, then I added some water, not much, depending on the amount of noodles I was cooking... I let it boil, then added the noodles and some of the seasoning (not all since I used fresh ingredients) stir, allowed to cook, then done.
