Hello,

1.It is not a problem if you didn't make any transaction.

2. That is the right thing to do. Note that because it is an international transaction it may take time to reflect in your school's account and may also take time to be updated on your CAS, (try to confirm this from your school and ask if an evidence of additional tuition payment can be issued to
you),make sure you add this document during your biometric so it balances out your funding.

Cheers.

amaeve p[b:
ost=93444624]Please I just realized that I didn’t make transactions for 8 days within the 28 days of my account statemen[/b]t.
Also because of the spike in GBP rates from Saturday, I paid more tuition fees yesterday. Please is any of these a problem. Thank You so much.

Can one submit a statement that is morethan 28days with his application? Let's say From 30june to 1st September.
Visa application will be submitted today.

LaaJiblik:
MONEY IS IN YOUR ACCOUNT. MONEY IS COMPLETE. MONEY HAS ATTAINED AT LEAST 28-DAY MATURITY. You are Good to Go.

Again, why exactly are you skeptical? Say it, and your Skepticism can be allayed.

Yes you can even do 6 months or one year.. the 28 days is more like the minimum but still essential having the money on the last 28days ti when you will submit

But I don't think 1st of August end date and submitting today is a good idea . That is cutting to close to the other requirements of 31 days

Hello nairalanders,

Pls advise.

My university offered me MSc admission this Fall 2020 with a remote online study option and entry to UK in January.

I took the remote online study option.

My question is, will it affect my visa application in November in any way?

The main reason I chose this option was to gather enough funds towards January. I'm also thinking the Living expenses may be reduced since it's a January entry.

Is there any downside to taking this option pls?

You will still be required to show proof of funds for 9 months.
Besides, what does reduced expenses imply? Lesser Total rent to pay per annum? If so, yes you are right.

For everyone asking how to pay via Paga/Verve with your MasterCard, register on Paga. To be on the safe side, upgrade your account to level 3. You will need to scan some documents to Paga but the upgrade takes about 2 hours if you have all the documents. Then click on wallets in your account, ads your MasterCard details there. Then go to your visa application page, click on Paga/verve, enter your log in details, click on pay with card, enter the card details that you have earlier added to your Paga Wallet. That’s all. Rate is at 386.

??

There are 4 nations in the UK. Cost of living varies.
Some Saudi boys are in school and driving Jaguars.
Some students are working desperately and illegally and sometimes futilely to fund the balance of their school fees.
So being a "student" has no one-size-fits all cost.

hello house good day
please i have some questions
1. i want to pay my school fees deposit, so id love to know the best option. should i source my own pounds or go to my bank and buy. or is there an oanda source ? i sincerely want the best rates.
2 my statement of account is going to be ready by next week, so i wanna rush and pay my deposit, so they dont think im being too smart by allowing the money mature before removing part and paying as deposit. does it count to them ? or should i just chill and wait for my funds to mature. because the amount in the account is the balance +maintenance .
thanks for your responses. @mimilyrics , @justwise @duchess and all other chiefs. im expecting a favorable reply.

Please house, how do you count the 15 working days after biometrics? Did my biometrics on the 18th and interview on the 19th. Do I count from the day of my biometrics or interview? The wait is frustrating
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 4 by Oloshi83: 10:08am On Sep 01, 2020
5m naira is about £8,300 today. Divide that by 36 months, £230. That’s not a lot in London even if you don’t have to pay for accommodation as transport costs alone can chop most of that.

1. Use form A, it's normally cheaper than black market rate. Oanda rate is for use by the BHC, not the BDCs or the bank.
2. If after paying your tuition balance, it wouldn't have dipped below what you are required to show at any point in your 28-day count, then no problem. It's up to you.

Contact Unis yourself. Universities deal with this differently.

You’d need detailed results to date (similar to a transcript) and it’d have to be for the exact same course (or similar).

Have you applied to a uni yet? What course do you have your sights on? Do you hold an admission offer? If yes, you should know by now. If not, see link below
https://www.gov.uk/tier-4-general-visa/eligibility

N5 million will not be enough. Living costs that you have to show for London is £1,265 per month * 9 months = £11,385

Visa fee is £348, IHS is currently £300 for each year of your course but this goes up to £470 next month. TB test is currently N57,800

You can also start your course/school search using Google or https://www.findamasters.com/
Course fees are usually dependent on the course and the school.
