MIUI 12 is the only thing you are interested in ❓if yes then go for Note 9

Note 8 has MIUI 12, but it is in beta, you can only get it if you Unlock bootloader and flash it... MIUI 11 is good enough, not much diff between MIUI 11 and 12...

If it is between the Note 8 and 9, Personally I will advise you get the Note 8... If you can up your budget then the 9s is the best option

Ask anyone using it. My note 9 just got stolen and it was on miui 12. Very awesome thing

Hello my fellow xiaomi family. Tragedy befell my note 9 today.
Got stolen inside keke while I was going out and it was immediately switched off. Luckily for me I still have my other device with me so I logged into the xiaomi cloud and locked the device online. Any luck of me seeing it again? I feel like shedding cold tears but I still believe I will see it back.

Sorry about your loss. I just wish Xiaomi had that feature where you can only input the password before switching off the phone. Would have made it more trackable. Let's hope when the thief sees he can't use it he'll return it.
