Wrap it in a plastic bag (nylon) to warm up for like 24hrs. It'll ripen fast that way.

One of my best spaghetti recipe... The taste is out of this world.. Less time and small ingredients needed.

INGREDIENTS
●Extra virgin olive oil
●Garlic
●parsley
●Tomatoes
●Scampi
●White wine
●pepper Flakes

1.....In a saucepan heat up some olive oil...Add your chopped garlic.. immediately you start getting the fragrant, put in your chopped tomatoes.

2.....Put in some parsley without chop, Cook for one minute.

3.....Add your scampi or shrimp.Cook until pink after 2 minute take out the parsley from the pan.

4.....Add a cup of white wine and season with pepper flakes cook for one minute.

5.....Take out the scampi and add your cook spaghetti and toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water like half cup and continue tossing until the water become creamy. At this stage the spaghetti cooking process continues. Then taste for salt.

6.....Return your scampi back to the pot, add some chopped parsley and little extra virgin olive oil.. Your pasta is ready.

NOTE

1...... Always drain your pasta three minutes before the recommended cook time

3......Not all recipe you add Curry, Thyme, Crayfish, seasoning cub like Maggi.. some of this things take away the natural flavour from the meal.

2....... Always reserve some water from your cook spaghetti, because you will need it later... The spaghetti water make the meal sweeter

3......After adding your pasta water, taste for salt before adding extra salt to your sauce, because the pasta water is already salty.

☆ Ignore the many parsley on the second photo... someone was trying to imitate Nusret Gokce (Salt Bea) cheesy grin

Boss I need further clarifications on this recipe ;

1. What measure of the white wine should be added? I know you said a cup, but I also know there are cups and there are cups. I mean is a full glass like we do it over here in Naija or little drops of wine in the glass like obodo oyinbo people take their wine?

2. I noticed u mentioned putting non chopped parsley into the saucepan and cooking for 2 minutes before taking it out. U didn't mention what should be done with it after it has been taken out. I was thinking it was returned into the mix like the cooked scampi was done.

3. How did u achieve that dishing style when u served it?

That's the power of Oron oil. When buying palm oil ask for Oron oil...the palm oil is so light red,,shiny red and marvelously good.
