How does one man complementing another man's woman look good? If you're not dating her why are you even complimenting her? In the West unsolicited compliments will land you in hot water over sexual harassment issues. Such crazy laws will soon go global.

Stop jumping to conclusions....me myself I agree it's weird to complement a woman on a social site after you went to glance her profile picture...if it's IG now where she posted an image dropping a like/comment is norm....but my concern is why the thing is paining you so much , let the guy mugu himself, you see and move on it's absolutely none of your business...it's just like the guy on fp that saw a lady dressing half naked and did as if it was his business instead of just seeing and moving on...the lady in question did not even respond to said comment instead you are here getting headache over it

Hahaha...I get you. simping or whatever the hell ya'll call it down here or mr 'nice guy' is never a good way of getting laid but i dont fault 'compliments' at least its better than trolling or outright abuse of the feminine genders(current order of the day on nairaland). That good feeling you felt is called Validation.

There are two ways of getting it: by doing a favor to someone you consider more important than you. Or by having a favor done for you by someone you consider less important.

Weak men get the feeling by doing favours. Its called simping. Strong men get the feeing by having things done for them. Women do the simping.

That girl you complemented also felt good. But from the second reason. While for you it was from the first.

It may mean nothing to you. But it shows the depth of who you are,how you value yourself in relation to how you value women. You have self esteem issues whereby you value yourself by how useful you are to women.

And I'm not surprised the girl you gave that sweet compliment she didn't even bother replying you. Yet here you are thinking you did some great work. LmfaoX1 trillion.

What is wrong with complimenting a lady? I'm not seeking approval from anyone. This is a faceless forum for Pete's sake and people can hide their real selves. You don't know who is who. So there's no point trying to convince you.

you need to see how this guy was insulting me, seriously I didn't let that bother me cos I know he was mentally unstable, I actually kept on reporting every mention he directs at me maybe he has been warned or something like that, just ignore them or you can report them if you find it too abusive for you to take in....

And the only women you should strive to put smiles on their faces are your mother, sisters and GF, atleast they care about you. Not some random nonentity on the internet you don't even know her name. Charity begins at home.
