Thats the issue. We dont have players in that position and so we have to lower our standards or beg eberechi eze till kingdom come. Make we manage rabiu like that. Half a bread is better than none. At least if he can play well and create chances then its something

I think Onomah wants to play for us. Anyway, I don't problem calling these aforementioned into the team because we don't have more than these.

1. Since Iwobi is not measuring up to expectation. I will try Iheanacho in that role as a SS. Iheanacho will add more pressure to the opposition defence and can switch position with Osimhen whenever Osimhen drift defenders away from their position to create space and chance for Iheanacho to score.

2. I want us to utilize our full backs upfront hence need for a defensive minded mildfielder to cover for them whenever they overlap. We know our full backs are more attack minded.

Ndidi can play box to box too. Anyway, I think we need to cover for the full backs. If they are not going upfront I think Aribo can come in. Azeez is not bad though.

Observations

1. Zaidu for Collins if he gets to play regularly for Porto.

2. Well, competition is necessary. We need all in the team but as it stands, Moses is ahead. Apart from Kalu and Ejuke, are there any Nigerians able to play in that wing?

3. I don't not have confidence in Uzoho for now. We need to look for a better goalkeeper in the mold of Enyeama.

4. Well, I think Balogun is okay but I don't know if Rohr is interested in him.

5. How many? grin

6. Na mind phone. I didn't check before posting.
@ #2 What about Musa?

Nwakali that struggled to get game time at lowly Huesca?

You didn't make a dann sense and you know this. When was the struggle ? In the 45 minutes he played 2 days ago or what ?

Lol... You are not alone Marvelous Basco. wink

I actually find Forgiveness' inclusion of Nacho behind Osimhen as very interesting indeed. I have always considered such combo alongside many other formation set-ups. Nothing against Iwobi too. It's good to have this headache. grin

BascoVanVeli:

I can't lie. I have been dreaming of an Iheanacho+ Osimhen combination for years. Nothing against iwobi but I just feel that is the dream combo. Maybe it is my Golden Eaglets bias grin

I still wonder why our natural AMs are being ruled out of the team despite the scarcity and need for creative players to support our strikers.

Because their club career is very poor or at best mediocre. Its an issue though. Our natural AM's too need to step up their game
and play better for their clubs. BUT in the mean time we can manage them until we get something better.
I hope Nwakali steps up his game as he contributes to the attack with his style of play. If he can cut it in la liga then Rohr will invite him.

Secondly, i think Eberechi Eze is a fool not playing for us. He can have a 7 - 15 year international career in our team as an AM. We lack quality players in that department and he can easily enter the team and if he plays well, he can have a solid international career.
I mean he can break and set all records in international and African football with this young, vibrant emerging team

Lol...I suspected as much. I knew you refer to the probability of a draw in one of the friendlies. Well, it is possible. Not a do or die affair afterall, but yes we could also win all four games.

MetalJigsaw:
Between ivory coast and Tunisia. Although there's also a likelihood we'll win all.

Sorry to burst your bubble sir. But non of Ademola Lookman or Bobby Adekanye is an upgrade to Bazee based on last season stats. As for Bright Osayi,he had his chance to play UCL and top flight football with Club Brugge buh he chose to stay in his comfort zone, Hence none deserves to be invited. The only excuse you can make for bazee's invitation is that no switch of allegiance is needed unlike the others.

Komekn can be bias but no be everything una go use attack am

Bazee has done nothing that he deserves to be invited and this is the damn truth ,but many of you are blinded by oyinbo

And yes lookman and co didn’t have a good season and so do bazee ,no sugarcoating here Abeg

If dem ask you wetin bazee don do to deserve invitation you go just sit down Dey look

You dont ? I said the arrangement had no creativity and your question was "let's see your own"....na competition ? There is a reason why I said it lacked creativity...there is no creative player in that line up not even an Iwobi.
