Fbnquest has this unpleasant practice : if you fund your account, say past 12pm today and expecting funds to be credited next day, they will drag it to a day after and wouldn't credit the interest for the previous day. Am I the only one to have experienced this? Stanbic don't practice this unjust act. 3 Likes |

I also want to learn how to invest my money. During the pandemic, I realized that I must find a very promising direction that does not depend on the external situation in the country. As an option, I'm thinking about creating my own website on the topic payday loans in Illinois (IL). I want to help people and give them a loan on favorable terms. DURING the pandemic, I used this service very often and now it has inspired me to create my own website on this topic. I'm interested in your opinion on this topic. Thanks! |

Phylife: Money market funds. Apart from the practice I ealier mentioned, I haven't experienced any other bad side of them. N the customer service is wack too, but I believe a supposed affiliation with FBN is giving them a lead and thier current rate is 4.5 unlike stanbic which is 4% or less |

lololo23: That is a good risk to take. I have been doing this business for the past 8years even before I left my bank work. Be it as it may,it is very risky and worth the risk. 3 Likes |

Re: Mutual Funds by Boyhood: 3:52pm On Sep 07, 2020 |
reservd:Depends on which side you are looking, you could be seeing an M while he is seeing a W. Personally, I have experienced cool customer services with them (that I could give them five star rating), but some other time I feel frustrated to an extent that I will want to close my account with them. Don't just completely write off his statement just because you have not experienced it yet. 2 Likes |

Ibechris2: There was a time I wanted to do it too. In fact, I was looking for app developer for small loan system. I later back off when I heard that I will need license , court blah blah blah, and to get the license is difficult. Or is there a way out? |

It's not looking good with MMF either. Massive drop of 4.16% today from 4.38% yesterday FBN MMF |

And FBN MMF rates crashes further to 3.94% 1 Like |
Re: Mutual Funds by emmasoft(m): 8:58pm On Oct 04, 2020 |
Franky826: It's expected and this is really not peculiar to FBN, it cuts across all MMFs irrespective of the fund manager. The low rate regime is more of policy induced than lack of efficiency in fund management; currently one year tenor Tbills is 2.8% and the principal underlaying assets of all MMFs is Tbills. As always my advice is look the way of VGIF. 3 Likes |
