Hello house, for those whom has had a successful visa application, please how did you manage the accommodation palava? The accommodation I wrote down during the my visa application replied my booking reservation that their student accommodation is only for adults 18yrs and above and that's a challenge for our daughter.

1) while looking for a new apartment, if the evidence uploaded on the TLS site differs from what's filled on the application form, what's the repercussions?
2) any leads on how to solve this accommodation problem? One that will have documentary evidence for upload on the TLS site.

Someone asked a similar question few post up and two people gave feedback.....it always best to read previous posts as it keep one informed. I will tag u up on one.... the other cooment by Oloshi83 follows shortly

Good day All. Since I made my payment yesterday, I have tried with no success yet to get a date/schedule an appointment for Tier4 visa at Ikeja.

I sent an email to TLScontact and they made me know that there are currently no time slots for Tier4 visa appointment for Ikeja. I was worried that they didn't inform us about this development otherwise I wouldn't have chosen Ikeja. I have written to UK Gov office to know when these slots at Ikeja will be open.

I will advice Tier4 visa folks about to schedule appointments to avoid Ikeja and instead opt for VI. A fellow classmate had her interview last week at VI and it was successful.

By the way, has anyone recently scheduled an appointment for Tier4 visa in Ikeja?

Is it mandatory to upload your CAS document in your application because every where I checked online says, only the CAS number should be included in your application and document used to obtain your CAS. Even the checklist asked for only that. Now I am confused as everyone around me says they uploaded it and I didn't.
Is there anybody here who didn't upload the document itself and got their visas?

You don't need to upload your CAS, you only need to fill in the information on it into your form. UKVI has access to your CAS which is an electronic document.

Those are evidences of previous travel which would have normally been stated in the part of the application that asks about previous travel history so they should be uploaded.

Yes, you need to upload your current passport page, old and stamped passport pages, as well as past visa pages if you've travelled before but I don't think you need to upload empty passport pages, just make sure you have an empty passport page

I heard that it's everywhere that they've put video interview on hold but there is still going to be phone interview so prepare well

When my husband went for his biometrics last week, they rejected his passport because the photo was defaced and he had to do a new one.
Now he has the new one but no way to change his details..
what do we do to rectify this?
do we cancel our applications( after paying for IHS and Visa fee) or should he go with a cover letter for his new appointment?
Please @justwise, @mimilyrics and anyone with any advise or experience on this..it's urgent as his new interview date is next week monday..

Oh yes, past travel details were filled in the form and my current passport which was uploaded has some of the visas and stamps on it so i did not submit copies. I am hoping for the best either way. Thank you for the response, you have been of great help to me this morning.

You will have stated your previous travel where the form asked for it, so omitting to upload previous visas won't count against you.
In any event, there's nothing you can do about it now, so just remain positive.

I think you should have because there was an instruction in the application that you should upload any previous visa but at least you've indicated it and there is nothing you can do so just hope for the best

Please when did you make your payment and are they paying up to £4000?

I actually paid around £13,000 using form A at the bank, I couldn't pay up the remaining because there is a restriction per student. Each student can only make around $14,000 at once and then you'd have to wait for 3 months for another such transaction to your school.

However, during all the times I made the payment, it took at most 2 days and I got my telex copy. Sent it to school and school confirmed payment within 2 days also. So I'm surprised people are using 3 weeks to a month for such transactions.

I did not upload mine either. I only stated my previous travels and visas.

But on the day of my appointment at TLS VI, they scanned all my passport data page with visas and stamps. I did self service not assisted.

What details do you want to change?

It won’t, I used assisted services and the TLS official told me it wasn’t needed when I presented my old passport to be scanned , so far you have filled in your travel history no problem.
