Yes, you can.

I am a living testimony.

I am a freelance digital marketer though and have never worked for a Nigerian company as a DM.

After learning, go online (Facebook, Twitter, etc) and join programmers' groups.

Employers often post openings from time to time. They may ask you to do a simple test to assess your competence.

If you pass, you will join the company.

Alternatively, you can sign up on freelance sites like Fiverr and Upwork. Those platforms are very competitive though.

Information Technology breaks geographic borders.

Does digital marketing require coding and how are the job opportunities?

Who will answer my question, please.

Data analysis or the html, css and JavaScript route?
Which is better.

I should neglect both and move to something else?

Good advice please.

html, css and javascript route is better, lots of job opportunities there and will be for a long time.

Thank you very much. I recommend Shane Hummus youtube videos on useless degrees.
Every high school student should watch those videos before going into tertiary education.

Chemical Engineering is one of those useless degrees but nobody will ever tell you. Just saying o.

KEEP SAYING YOU CANNOT DO NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS SOMEONE ELSEWHERE IS ALREADY NETWORKING YOU AND MAKING MONEY FROM YOU

- If you have a glo line, you are in Mike Adenuga's network.

- If you have a Facebook account, Instagram account, Telegram, Snapchat, Twitter or you use whatsapp, you are in Mark Zuckerberg's network.

- If you have a desktop computer or laptop, you are in Bill Gates' network.

- If you have ever bought anything on Amazon, you are in Jeff Bezos' network.

- If you have GoTV or DSTV at home, you are part of the network of Naspers Group and Adewunmi Ogunsanya.

- If you have ever bought Dangote cement, sugar, salt, spaghetti, noodles, flour, then you are part of Dangote's network.

- If you have a bank account with any bank, you are part of their network.

- As a worker/employee with any organization or company, you are not only a part of the owner's workforce, but also a part of the owner's network

The earlier you stop getting edgy or angry about network marketing and start asking yourself questions like "who are the people in my network", "what are my products & services" and "who are my customers & clients", the better.

"The richest people in the world look for and build network, everyone else is looking for work". Great minds, have a rethink and start building your team!

Impossible means I'm possible (Dangote)

SMH, I will rather commit suicide if network marketing and insurance sales business are the only jobs in the world! Fact!

Well after my pop 25th August 2019, I stayed in the community for about 3-4 weeks to calm my nerves and get myself together though I was still attending some certificate courses then, I had to conclude everything before leaving, I did Hse 123, Data processing and strategic management . After the period I was the last person in my batch left behind though around my residence, I got to Abuja my base around September 15-20 8 can't really remember and it's took me 2-3 weeks to set up my local business with the help of friends, older friends though because I hardly keep friends and the few I have are older friends, they really supported me and if you most take advise from me always keep good friends it's very important, one don't have to give you money but they can lend you and guide you, mind you anybody who lend you money is somebody you should hold with high esteem and never lets them down. The business really settled my bill and keep me moving though the income was very poor around 2-3 daily mind you I started the business with around #200k -#250k, around November last year, 2 month from the start I got an information about a recruitment from a top Telecommunication company in Nigeria which I applied as God will have it , it was successful I resumed training on 16th December same year and I received my confirmation letter just last week. I left my shop with my elder bro who graduated for the past 7 yrs and he is very happy with the business as the business is fully developed now and I bet you he have nothing to do with seeking employment for now because he is fine running the business and he realized he have been wasting his time searching for job.
Does this business not have a name or a description?

Follow this path.
If you are looking to get into web development.
Learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript. If your goal is to work for a big company learn angular. Angular is a Javascript framework. If medium sized companies to startups are your thing then learn React.

For the backend if big companies are your thing pick up either java or c#. If medium sized companies are your thing pick up PHP and Nodejs. Smaller companies and startups mostly used Nodejs.

A good one, lotta sense in this.

Hey there, yes you can work from home for any company as long as you prove your worth.
I have quality videos on various courses in various programming languages. These courses are perfectly suited for beginners. All you need is your computer and power supply. The videos are offline and you can watch and rewatch and keep it as reference.
Let me know if you are interested. I'm also going to be there to answer your questions, I have three people learning with my videos and they are doing so well.
I'm a practicing software developer with a degree in computer science btw
am an average programmer and aspiring computer scientist

Did int'l relations in uni after graduation no job,I sent out application letters to every known major organization still yet no job.

Alot of people came with the idea that I should learn a trade and create job for myself,I put on my thinking cap but still yet I couldn't figure out what biz or trade I could venture into because of no capital.

Man cannot go and kill himself,I just jejely look for one hp system, bought Airtel WiFi,got a solar system that can power my laptops 24/7 and then start my bombing hustle and I have never for once regretted this decision because I now earn more money than the average bank manager.Even my colleagues criticizing me back then are the ones pleading now to learn from me.
