That fish is very sweet. Season with habenero after frying and it will make your day kiss kiss

Its in cod family but the least expensive one. Tastes a bit like the main cod.

Butter (you can substitute with margarine)
Sugar
Eggs
Flour
Baking powder
Salt (a little if you're using unsalted butter or margarine)
Vanilla and butternut flavours.

For my measurement, I used equal measures of butter/margarine and sugar, then twice the measures of flour.

If you're creaming your butter or margarine, sugar and eggs manually, make sure to cream in one direction only so that you don't beat down the air it collects.

Cream till it's light, fluffy and almost double in amount before mixing in your dry ingredients.
Go easy with the flavours.

Though my people enjoyed it, it was a bit off for me. My portion is still there. Don't know why I have cold feet.

The motivation comes the moment you start taking your health serious.

Fast food should be an emergency something..
