Inspired by the lovely and amazing one and only Prestonn. I didn’t have all the ingredients at home so I had to improvise a little but it was exactly the kind of food I needed today and it was the first time I enjoyed my own pasta with sea food. I always eat it in restaurants but never got the taste right by myself. Thank you Prestonn.


I only had frozen chopped parsley here and I added a little habanero pepper and used more wine. I didn't have scampis but I had prawns.
