Cancel and reapply because your kids can't travel with you if you didn't list them on your application as your dependants.

Even though you can use a cover letter to explain this later, it has a very high probability of not working because UKVI places the onus of application information correctness on the applicant and this might be categorized as non-disclosure of material fact (deception / misrepresentation) in the main applicant's application.

Visa approved
My timeline:
4 Tier Student visa – TLS Abuja
Application submitted online – 11th August
Biometrics & Interview - 19th August
Passport ready for collection - 9th September
Passport collected- 9th September
No non-straightforward email or 2nd interview.
I was so worried because I didn’t add all of my visa rejections. I only included one rejection per country. Overall I had about 8 rejections in the past from UK, France, Canada and USA respectively. This is my first UK visa. I was also rejected a UK tourist visa in January 2020.
Congrats

If i want to do a walk in, do i pick flexi on the TLS site?

When i picked flexi, there was no date even upto December.

Even self service had no date?

Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 4 by ralphtamtobi: 4:03am On Sep 10, 2020
On the TLS site did you have to select flexi before you qualified for walk-in?

asatin007:

I did walk-in at Ikeja today. They allowed some of us and didn’t allow the rest. I think the code is, if you want to do walk-in, be there very early so you’ll be in front on the queue.

HI guys. I just found out an error.

My fees is 7,500

I had a discount from school of 2,000 pounds

i paid the remaining balance of 5,500 (meaning i have paid the full fees)

My CAS carried that my course fee is 5,500 and i have paid 5,500(full)

but on my application i got carried away and filled course fee as 7,500 and paid 5,500.

My statement of account with today's oando fx rate is over 11,500 pounds

Should i cancel the application or still go ahead with.

I wanted to make payment yesterday, current rate at stanbic IBTC is around 510.80 to 1£, which seems on the high side as far as I'm concerned, oanda rate as at this morning is 497 to 1£. The form A rate for pounce is often subjected to available of fx on the bank. If a bank has enough fx the rate is likely to reduce and vice-versa. Overall, I think the rate will reduce in the coming days before a sharp rise again.

SyberKate:
I can't believe the almighty GTbank just wasted my precious time.
After making me wait for long trying to reach my account manager who was not around, I barely managed to finally complete and submit my Form A on Monday, only for them to call me late Tuesday at close of business, telling me "sorry, we can't process your Form A from your savings account, please come to our office and open a current account with us"
I was like WTF... didn't you guys know this before telling me to go ahead and fill the form? If that is your policy then fine but the first question they should have asked me was "do you have a current account with us" I would have said NO and simply carried my money to another bank, simple.
Now I have to start looking for another bank that will process Form A for me with my savings account at this critical time.

Please who has an idea if Fidelity, Access or FCMB can process Form A from savings account?

Oh well.. you are about to start something that will ruin your immigration record for a very long time.

Withdraw your application and reapply with all your kids details.

Out of curiosity though.. why did you not add or acknowledge that you have kids?

It could have been an honest mistake, not understanding how to fill the form when it came to information concerning dependants, especially if she wasn't intending to travel with them at the time.

If I remember clearly (I stand to be corrected) the form is not quite straightforward when it comes to that part, it doesn't ask outrightly if you have children, it asks if you have dependants for whom you are financially responsible. The term "dependant" is confusing as used in UK Tier 4 visas, because many people are used to its normal definition of "someone who is financially dependent on you" while the UK visa system uses it to mean nuclear family member such as partner or children, irrespective of whether they are strictly financially dependent on you or not.

It's a common mistake, my cousin was very confused on this issue and called me for clarification, because she'd left her job at the time she was applying for a Tier 4 visa as the main applicant, and was officially a housewife not earning money so not strictly financially responsible for her children (her husband sponsored the course and provided the account statements used for the children when they all eventually applied) and didn't understand how to truthfully fill in that section. In a previous visit visa application for the UK, which was successful, she had stated her financial circumstances, so she was wondering whether she would be misrepresenting the situation if she then stated she had "financially-dependent dependants" in her Tier 4 visa application. If the form had directly asked if one has children, the issue would naturally not have arisen. The OP could have fallen into the same error.

Pretty sure she uploaded what you gave her.

It's not expected that you'd have a place at the point of your application so saying no or putting your school address is okay but you'd need to know what accommodation options are available to you if you're asked at any point.

They've got large scanners which can scan multiple documents at once so there's nothing to worry about. You should normally have also been given a checklist to sign (I'm not sure if this has changed), did you check to see that all your submitted documents were listed on the checklist?

Thank you so much..is it advisable to fill in any of the halls of residence within the campus even if I am yet to book or pay for accomodation?

Is the 10k part of the money that should be in your account for the 28days count?
If yes, you have to start counting from either 9th or 10th September.
If no, then it doesn't affect your count.

You can add extra money to your account during the 28days count and can substract but it should not fall below the required money you need to present.
