It's better to leave it blank or state that it's forgotten than to say that you don't have.
NIs don't go dormant, they are valid through an individual's lifetime. Not having a corresponding ID doesn't mean that it can't be traced since you'll have to list all the names that you've been known by. HMRC can usually be contacted about forgotten NIs but it takes some days to get a response from them.

NIN slip has been accepted as a valid identification in Nigeria for several years now. I’d say, the answer to that should be yes. That’s what I have always picked in my visa applications anyway.

My brother is in Europe.
He was on a study visa/permit but graduated already and now has a work permit. It is like the UK BRP card too but for the EU.
Should he include his work permit alone? Should he include his work documents too? His maintenance fees are in his own account?

When you arrive you still need time to get your NI number , bank account , new job referencing,
crb if applicable etc so that 3 weeks, be prepared to know that it would be used for sorting out some things

Even if the time frame is feasible, you’re not yet a student (officially). So you’re not permitted to work until you enroll as a full time student.

And you dont have dependants that did earlier? Could be an error but this is strange... unless you paid for priority service.

If a course is to start by January, when is it advisable to start the visa application and the earliest time one can enter the UK provided that the visa application was successful.
