weed ain't bad.. but if you want to stop, it's a gradual something. You have to reduce your intake.. maybe one tab per day, from there one or two per week... I do weed but I don't smoke it on a regular. Maybe once in a month or twice.. instead of smoking I use it for herbal tea.
