Gana matter is the one trending this week.... undecided

Even BBN matter is taking back seat...

We'll see what government will bring again next week to distract us from increases in Phcn tariff, fuel and food

This was how bokoharam started

This can NEVER be Boko Haram. Quote me.

Boko Haram was given soft treatment because they were 1. Northerners .... 2. Muslims.

GEJ was scared the country would erupt, PMB is a nepotistic man who can't take decisive action.

Only OBJ / maybe someone like IBB could have taken decisive action.

If such a group emerges from Benue... na then you go know say lives are expendable

no!!!!!. Gana killed people for various reasons be it political , economical or tribal. Yusuf did not kill. bokoharam became militant group when Yusuf was killed. Niger delta militants did not kill people like monsters.
it is actually wrong for government to grant amnesty for bokoharam members.

Simple question

How come the military knew the car he was in directly, even after he had switched cars..

Well what does the common man know.

even if military did not kill him, someone else would still kill him. Remember Sugar that was killed in Ibadan in election day.

it's always better to face a terrorist in a gun battle and overwhelm him, than kill one through betrayal. It will be beyond difficult to get the trust of deviants next time.

Please answer this question: Should repentant Book Harm members be pardoned or killed? Then you will understand why people are asking questions on the way Gana was killed.

I didn't say he wasn't though.

Modified

But he was a repentant "terrorist" and was to be treated as such. Just like our pampered "repentant boko haram terrorists".

He was a leader of a very deadly group that has thrown families into mourning, the so called repentant boko haram are just pawns, so you think shekau can ever be forgiven?

NA just asked Ortom for their N50M

Gana was not wise enough I must say...

This gov of betrayal has just sent a message to all criminals that its no longer the rule of Law but rule of the Jungle...

NA was wrong but as in Nigeria... Nobody can call the rouges to order because there is no president!!

Yeah, there's definitely more to the whole issue than what is been told.
I pray the military doesn't regret their actions.

A terrorist even get mind to ask for switching? Is that how stupid and confident you are? What nonsense!

The soldiers need to be commended for a job well done for executing and annihilating this idiot.

No room for nonsense.

Better Nigeria is all we want.

God bless Nigeria.

Our incompetent army
commanders that cannot catch
any warlord by themselves.

They wait for amnesty for the
person to come out before going to
snatch him & kill.

Why have they not captured the
Boko haram oga that posts video
of them beheading & killing soldiers daily?

Why have they never captured any
Miyetti fulani warlord?

Gana is a criminal who has
repented & should have been
rehabilitated the same as Boko haram.

Abi na only Muslims dem dey rehabilitate?

If he truly embraced peace he should have been used to encourage others to give up their arms, with this treatment meted on him others would be discouraged.

Am arguing based on the story I read.

true talk my brother, killing the leader of a militia through open deception is a very dangerous game, one thing about Nigerian military leaders is that they don't think ahead.

what would happen if the remaining members of his civilian army decide to reorganise and regroup to wage a violent insurrectionist campaign against the military?

how would the already tired and weak looking nigerian army be able to face and confront aggression from multiple fronts in nigeria?

everyday we see Nigerian soldiers being slaughtered by Boko haram in the north East and bandits in other parts of the norths just because there are some persons who are using young soldiers as sacrificial lambs,

why didn't the army went to his strong hold to engaged him in a combat to prove superiority while he was alive?

the army should be ashamed to have killed him in such a manner.

you are right. Deliberate deceit is a very wrong approach in diplomacy.
