What you call Abuja is called the City Centre.

Hope you know AMAC means Abuja Municipal Area Council. Any city within AMAC is Abuja including the City Centre which is Asokoro, Maitama and the rest. I work with the FCTA so I know.

Bro, it's possible, but it's a rarity trust me. I have a friend that lives around same F01, same standard self con paying 350k. It all depends on the landlord. But in most cases, standard self cons in F01, Phase 4, Arab Road are largely between 250-400k. To even get a nice one for 250k, you go sweat.

But kubwa is becoming really expensive, seems u haven't be there recently. Unless u want to go to the ghetto part of it, but if it is d decent areas, it is expensive.

Kubwa is becoming really expensive recently & now competing with gwarinpa. Most people staying in decent areas in kubwa can also afford to stay in gwarinpa.
