I don't know if i'm the only one who has this.

But i always feel sick whenever i get into most cars. I always feel like throwing up and it has been a problem i've had right from childhood. I don't know what exactly causes it but it makes it difficult for me to travel by car because i get sick throughout the journey.

Has anybody experienced this?

A friend has same issue but I've not experienced it.

I think you need to build yourself against it, fight it bro.

I used to have motion sickness in my childhood and teenage years but it went on its own.

Avoid eating just before boarding a vehicle, morestill eating in the vehicle.

Try to chew some ginger, it helps.

It's actually worse when i don't eat. It's still manageable when i eat something before boarding.

Hmm, quite strange. Then you can limit the portion size.

It's called motion sickness

Most times it aggravates when you bend down, or when you're reading. Actually when your brain is intercepting contradicting signals from the eye and the ear it causes you migraines.

I used to have it but when I learnt of the cause I start to avoid it

To minimize it, stay close to the window and your heads up.

A good number of persons are dealing with such phobia.

Don't mind those saying its motion sickness, you are cursed, that's one of the signs,you need deliverance.

My wife had similar issue but since she started taken lime/lemon base drinks on board. We r fine

I found out it happens when I'm in a stuffy vehicle or during holdup..
Reason i dread traffic a lot...

Also, i cant read in a moving vehicle...
I cant even press my phone..
I instantly developed an headache...

I envy those who spend their entire moment in a vehicle pressing their phones

There's a drug you can take , 30mins before you embark on any journey...

I wouldn't want to prescribe the drug for you cos it has dependency tendency...

Just ensure you always sit close to the car/bus window to get enough air..


Avoid turning on air conditioning system..

Used to have it until I start to sit by window side and don't eat until half d journey. Now am ajala d traveler

One of my uncles is having similar problem. Whenever you are travelling do well enough to wind down the windscreens so you can get some fresh air....
