I have never made this perfect akara before. What's your secret biko
Scoop a little of the barter into another Bowl turn whisk with a spoon, then
Make sure the oil is not too hot
The barter should not be too watery
Dip the spoon into water after every scoop

Once the barter is whisked well the shape must come out like this

Tried attaching pictures but it won’t go through

Boil your moringa leaves in clean water until the leaves become tender
Drain out the water by pressing the water out from the leaves
Pound your kuli kuli
Mix the kuli kuli and moringa leaves together
Add salt
Slice pepper or use grounded pepper
Mix together with the moringa and kuli kuli

(Some people add Maggi but I don’t use it for this)

You can add tomatoes to it
That’s all
