Please is it compulsory to present IELTS or TOEFL as a PhD candidate?

If you get scholarship, do you still need to present any financial document for visa pricessing.?

Though I am still doing my msc in China, but preparing for Tallinn University for my PhD. Doing IELTS exams can not be easy in China.

What program?

I want to go for Administration or management related courses. Even though my first degree is in Media Arts, I've been working as an Admin Manager for a while so I'd like to switch to that field fully.

I'm yet to see a befitting course but still searching. I might end up going for something similar.
What about you? Are you there already or you want to try for next year?

Which school?

My only issue is having to travel to another country for Visa. Double expenses.

Unfortunately you have to travel to another country since Estonia does not have an embassy in Nigeria. Fortunately, they now have an Embassy in dubai.

Update

I mean they have an embassy in Abu dahbi.

Tartu is the first choice for me. I'd choose another school if i find a course i like.

Application starts 2nd of january for Tartu. Hope your docs are ready? I will write IELTS next month.

My only confusion is if we need to upload a student copy transcript while applying or the school need to send it directly to estonia. Any idea? Also, is degree certificate compulsory for application?

You are right. As a PHD student you won't need to rely much on jobs to be fine from the way I see it. You are automatically going to get 660 euros plus another 400 euros stipends monthly. And if your research is ICT/health tech related, another 440 euros would be added to your stipends. There is also Dora plus funding that takes care of seminars and conferences to other European countries during your PhD.

Hy,
I understand it's easier to get admitted to study Bsc in Estonia than to gain admission for masters. Please what do you know about this?

IELTS, how long does it take to prepare?

Please can we get in touch?

What's the visa procedure like and which is better for a visa interview MSC or BSC? to be granted.
