I'm scared. I ordered phone from aliexpress on 3rd august and it was despatched overseas on 11august.

It was suppose to arrive latest in sept 5 according to estimated range given to me.
Instead on sept 6, it started showing in transit when tracked.

Till now its still in transit.
What should I do?. How do I go about this?. Has my phone reached Nigeria? Has my package been stolen by PO.

I used aliexpress standard shipping which ships via post office.

Please somebody should help me

Calm down ma, most recent orders are coming in and being sent to their respective POs

Track it using track24.net and confirm its status

You can also go to your PO with your tracking number and ask them to track it through their own server

Las Las if the phone no enter after 90 days you'll most likely be refunded, no fear

Don't be afraid, atleast you have 50% chance of getting your phone and 50% chance of getting a refund. 50 + 50 =100% . Whichever way, you won't lose. Exercise some patience, your phone will be with you shortly.

Chai ! Some even invite their children to join them in sorting out the the packages, resulting in free for all theft and tampering . This is total lack of accountability.

I strongly believe that Nipost abi Impc steal people's items, they stole my two iphone 7 plus during lockdown and when I involved the postmaster it seemed like it will be resolved but all of a sudden they stopped replying my mails entirely. And now following the delayed delivery of phone orders it shows their is some funny business over there at sorting centers. They don't steal all but most of the phones they make away with it. so if you receive your phone just be thankful.

I did that, the last update says parcel despatched to overseas on 11th August.

I could call PO even without having update it has entered Naija? Even when its showing it's in transit?.

am stuck too with an order of July 21st Hand over to Airline..I have seen some stuff I want to other, but the stores are using 4px as free shipping. I just dump the shipping method

I'm seeing from the screenshot that they said continue to wait for 5days. But also if that 5 days reach I think the dispute will automatically close. Lol. AliExpress sha.
I'm guessing it's for you to wait and on the fourth day, if they haven't sent another verdict,upload screenshots of tracking and any other thing. Even if you've done it before.

Majority are 4px.. I have like 8 orders with 4px all stuck at hand over to airline since July.
Orders I used cainao, yanwen and sunyou have all been received by me

An August 25 order just picked up in Enugu.

2 pieces of this same phone was purchased and shipped same day. Tracking info stopped at dispatched overseas.

However, only one was received today. NIPOST keep doing wonders lately.

A June 4th order (Phone) from same store not received yet.
