Hi guys, I have this question and I dont know if it has been answered anywhere and I hope a good samaritan would gladly answer without referring me to some previous pages, if the POF is used for urgent matters post AOR, would it in anyway affect the EE process or hinder PPR?

Please I have also have a question with regards to POF. I am the PA being accompanied by my husband and kids. My father in-law will be giving us the funds backed up with a gift deed. Does the money have to be in my account or can it remain in his account? If not I opening a joint account a better option? That way the money will be sent from his account to the joint account.

What happens if you are asked for updated POF and you are unable to provide it?

You have to decide what is more important to you. But I can assure you that if you go use your POF funds before you even land. It may end in premium tears for you. A nairalander was once asked to show his proof of funds at the POE. Just imagine if he had used it up, he would have been on the next available flight to his homeland.

Good evening guys.. I need help with my express entry profile, after passing the eligibility test and also getting the PRC ,I then proceed to creating my profile after some minutes I get a notification that my profile is ineligible. I have been at this for a while now. I was in the pool before then my profile expired, so creating a new one has been very frustrating. I was able to create one after several attempts, showed my score and all, only to later get a mail that my profile is ineligible. Below is a breakdown of my inputs:
Test of English: speaking 7, Listening 8.5, Reading 8.5, writing 7.5
Age:36
Wes: masters
POF: I just put 40,000 CAD for family of 5
Work experience: Noc 1221 2018 January till date
Noc 6235 2011 till 2018 but with different organizations
Sibling: Yes
My husband
Noc is 0122
Test of English: speaking 7, Reading 5.5, Listening 5.5, Writing 6.5,
I noticed that there is not score for me on the profile created none whatsoever
Please I need advice on what to do. I have also used different browsers, but I’m getting the same message.
I also noticed that with the crs calculator my score is 451, but on the EE profile my score was 426
Thank you.

Does his account mean your husband's or father-in-law's?

If father-in-law's, I don't think a gift he has given you can remain in his own account.

If husband's see below.

New regulation exempts applicants from providing biometrics if they already have one on file within the last 10 years.

https://www.cicnews.com/2020/09/biometrics-no-longer-required-for-some-canadian-immigration-applicants-0915855.html/amp

Canada will no longer require new biometrics for those who submitted biometrics in the previous decade and have a new or pending application for PR, irrespective of which application you submitted biometrics for. This is a good update. Cuts costs and saves time. I assume this applies to all foreigners.

Hello,
If anyone needs BCS study materials, you can message me
And I am willing to swap my spot in a private whatsapp tutorial group (with one of the BCS training centres) with someone else as I won't be writing BCS any longer.
All of this at a small token less than 45k.

Thank you, the skype workout for me good alternative.

I'm really sorry I'm just replying this. The numbers are +1(905)6763640 and +1(905)6125416. It could actually take a while to connect, so you just have to be persistent.

The How:

I downloaded text now.apk file. But download vpn first before you download the file. Install the text now.apk file, register and then make your call. Just keep following the voice prompt until you get to the stage where you have to speak to an agent.

Alternatively, you can decide to use skype using skype credit. New users are given a one month free trial, so I used the one month free trial well, before I unsubscribed..lol..

Wishing you all the best..

Hello people. If you have taken biometrics before for a canada temporary visa in the past, will one still be required to take it again to apply for PR now?

Not anymore if you have provided to IRCC in the past 10 yrs. See update:

Good news.
If you have given biometrics for a visa application before in the last ten years.
You are now exempted from giving biometrics.

Good morning all,
Please is anyonehere taking the CIIN route to boost points, if yes please has you registered as I don't see much on their website as regards to registration cost and how to go about registering.
Also it's says there are two compulsory papers with an option to pick a third. Now I came across a few post that have specially stated cert1,2,3 but I prefer cert1,2,7. I hope this would not be a problem?

Good morning. Have you been able to register for the exams. I have tried to but I am having issues. I sent you a PM pls

But when you settle and you want to convert your degree you’ll need it to be sent to NCA alongside your transcripts

Don't shoot yourself in the leg. Don't apply as a single person when you're married. Things like this come back to bite really hard. You will not get the 15 points from your BIL if your spouse is non-accompanying, it will be taken off your points. How about you get your spouse to write IELTS and evaluate her degree? What would be your point if this is the case?
