These hoodlums-in-uniform should face justice. Just yesterday they stopped a cab my brother was in. Requested some money from him. Initially he refused. Next thing they did was to frame him for the death of an unknown persom. They told the young boy that he looked like the boy that shot someone somewhere in ph. Fear gripped my brother. At that point they asked him to free himself by settling them. These thieves made him withdraw 100k on the spot and hand over to them. They were still asking for more, telling him to call people... If this isn’t robbery, I don’t know what else is!!!!!!
