Edo is not Lagos is a slogan for elections not road constructions , don't u reason before u talk ? Why bring up fight in every Yoruba thread , why ? Are u more Yoruba than others ? Can't u comment on the thread peacefully , why bring Edo into this ? U do this Everytime , why are u always so tribalistic ? Can u comment based on the topic ?

Is this what you made yourself believe?

Even if it's true, who knew Ambode or whatever he's called if not Tinubu? Tinubu presented him to Lagosians so it's only right to pay tribute to whom it's due.

If he knew he didn't want to be subordinate then he should have gone to create his own platform not try to parasite on another person's hard-earned reputation.

Slavery mentality

I am an eye witness, Mr op fear God small, they said pictures don't lie but this ur pictures re not what truly is on group. That project is access bank project, their own little way of helping the government in tackling traffic in Lagos and also because of their head office there. Sanwo was called to come and commissioned it. All credit to access bank PLC. Reporting from Ligali VI Lagos.

The thing sef shock me as I pass there everytime.

Obaseki was a very useless governor. It's obvious. But "the enemy of your enemy is your friend" mentality is why you are supporting him.

they did the same thing to Ambode, called him the best Governor but reject him the moment Tinubu said no to him.
Stop this your lies. Tinubu did not reject Ambode, senior party hierarchy members rejected Ambode. And there is nothing Tinubu can do.

Do you live in Lagos?

If yes, then you should remember the disservice Ambode did to the solid waste management system that Fashola revived. You should also remember how the BRT services deteriorated during his time.

I'm not a pro-Tinubu but Ambode wasn't truly the kind of leader Lagos needs.

As a leader, it's bad to do things with sentiments. Ambode wanted to create his own framework from scratch therefore abandoning all the good work of previous leaders. This is one of the problems of Nigeria. When a new party assumes office, it abandons all the jobs of previous governments, no matter how useful they are, just to spite the opposition. No wonder there are so many abandoned projects .

In the end, politicians are will surely cash out but we will be the ones on the receiving end.

I was in Imo state during Ihedioha's rule. He was just demolishing the works of Rochas without any visible plan to do something new. He spent all his days in office on chasing Rochas' shadow. What sort of useless leadership is that.

During Ambode's time, express roads were littered with hills of solid waste. Why? Just because Ambode wanted to create his own waste management system instead of build on the existing one which was working very very fine. Isn't that a step forward and two backwards?!

No wonder, he's one of those tribal bigots.

I just saw his post.

According to him, the win in Edo is a win for Ipob. Is this delusion, confusion or what?

How does the mission of Ipob relate with PDP winning an election? Afterall PDP is a zoogerian political party.

I disagree with you to an extent. I know Lagos very well like the back of my palm. On Ambode, I wouldn't say he did a great disservice as such cos if you understand the corrupt bureaucracy of the lawma system, it is almost occultic and the players are majorly party loyalist who are benefitting from the largess at the expense of the state government. Do you know how much those lawma guys rake in a month? Collecting minimum of N3000 from every residential flat and N5000 from commercial premises! And the money is share to a few who are allowed to operate the trucks, most of them are funders, loyalist, party faithfuls of the bourdillon clan. You can't just get a truck and be part of the FAM, you have to be something. A strong political backing especially the ruling party.

Ambode is aware of this and he knows that funding for some of the political weight also comes from this structure hence why he decided to turn the tables around. He wanted to change the approach, then the state to control it and not some political godfathers but he wasn't careful and not gradual. He didn't think it thru on his strategy. However, nobody is perfect. Apart from that the guy tried.

If I were in his shoes on waste management, I would open up the business to every and any lagosians that can afford to run a truck and reassign locations of coverage and ensure standards. That way, clean Lagos will be sustain will rebuilding the system that has been so manipulated and defrauded by these political godfathers. Although that small experience taught them not to take the operations for granted cos they have no excuse now.

Please shut da eff up. Untold projects across Mainland Lagos. From Costain to Iyana Ipaja. In fact Lagos is one massive traffic jam zone these day because of multiple road projects everywhere.

You think money is available to interlock roads into your private compound that is ten roads behind the main road under Lagos jurisdiction? Abeg know the problem and you will understand the solution needed.

Stop saying what you don't know,go to most parts of Lagos mainland and see the roads there...only few are done and most are done with below-standard products that are spoilt after few years, please,if u can only read and not understand, stop quoting me,I was saying how bad the roads in ajegunle and many places around are in a bad state and many developed areas are mostly concentrated on,....please,I kindly suggest before you qoute someone, use your head to understand what the person is trying to say and if u can't,go to a post you can comprehend,if u think concentration of good social amenities in particular areas is not a problem, then I am sorry for your head

P.S:don't tell some1 to shut up just because of a different opinion, you wouldnt learn anything that way

If you remove roundabouts and replace them with traffic lights in a country like Nigeria that has poor power supply make sure you provide an alternative source of power supply undecided

THIS IS NOT A GOVERNMENT PROJECT. IT WAS CONCIEVED AND DEVELOPED BY ACCESS BANK !!!!! I wonder why the Banks coporate communications is allowing a gross distortion of this fact. PLEASE LETS GIVE THE CREDIT TO ACCESS BANK.

Access Bank did this because of the relocation of their headoffice to that axis. I must commend the work done here. it sets a new standard to road construction in Lagos.
