Good day all. Please help me some keys are not working on my keyboard and anytime I press the keys it produces sound as I type.

The keys were working perfectly as at yesterday's morning not until yesterday's evening then I discovered some keys are not working. What should I do. Please help.

I just updated my windows 10 and found out my battery is no longer charging even though my charging port is showing light..indicating the charger is connected.

I removed my battery too, but my system refused to power ON.

Now my battery is down and I don't know what to do

Remove the battery and connect the charger, power it on and go to device manager, uninstall the battery complaint driver, restart your laptop and insert the battery.

Probably the bios is corrupt, if you're in lag, I can fix it.

as I was using my laptop today, though I use the mouse for work on the system. I just noticed that the mouse isn't working. when I switched off the system and I switch it back on. it works a little and stops working again. pls what could be wrong.

another thing is that the system always lock itself at will without me commanding it to do so.

sometimes also, the battery icon with start showing pink color, it will blink and turn off itself. pls what could be wrong?

You need to see a laptop technician for diagnoses.

good evening everyone. am having some issues with my system.

I noticed that my system get locked at intervals. like when am operating it, it will just lock without me giving the command. I will have to switch the system on again before it works and it is now happening often.

also this afternoon as I was operating the system. the mouse stopped working. I switch it off after switching it on, the mouse pad worked on the welcome page but immediately I entered the password , it stopped working. what can be done.

Hi guys, I noticed recently that whenever I charge my laptop, it charges for some minutes and then stop, after a while, continues charging and then stop again. It does this frequently.

anytime i insert my battery to my laptop it start showing the low battery signal and a fully charged signal simultaneously and it does not power on.

N.B. I took it to the technician that fixed it early, it's not even coming up again, it used to come up but not displaying, now it's only charging.
