Well You tried as well, But I do this almost everyday, Even though I have the Fund for the Food I will Consume In the next 5Years now without any Hassle. I eat only once In a day between Breakfast & Lunch but the meal Is kinda always a heavy one. I don't consume anything past 18:00Hrs except Fruits only.....

I hope you saw where I specified my meal Is always quite a heavy one. I have the tendency to be very chubby but not fat. But I prefer to be Slim Fleshy and Muscled thus my reason for dieting and eating healthy. I have a Slim Fleshy Muscled body with Flat Tummy.....
