I initially picked abuja but I want to change to Lagos, I am seeing no appointments available.

Start a new application after you log in and choose lagos then proceed, you will see the dates. Try make sure your DS-160 is for Lagos.

It is possible .. but how will u get it. If the receiver will send it to you then no problem. But most importantly it the school decision so it's the school you should confirm with not nairaland . Each school policies can differ slightly

Couldn't get a date. I logged in by 9am. I saw no slot available. Now they are saying I have viewed the page the maximum number for today.

Would it be wise to choose Lagos as the venue when DS 160 has Abuja? Any implications please?
