just resolved this issue.

I have been using gtb naira but just opened a dormiciliary account.

The domiciliary is better . But use it when you make more money.

For now , use gtb naira.

Go with withdraw to naira account, bcus payoneer will deduct their 2percent and what is left will be better received in a naira account and not dorm. Think dorm when u have $100 and above after payoneer's 2% deduction.

It means you can't use the Make A Payment (MAP) feature until you have earned $2000 cummulatively from KDP or any other marketplace. However, you can withdraw to your Bank Account here in Nigeria. So you can't sell to Exchangers.

I tried running a free book promotion for my book, but amazon is telling me I must enroll my book in kdp select before I can proceed.

How can you publish a Kindle format journal? How would someone write something on it?

Any book this it's intended use would require physical contact should not have a Kindle version, because physical contact is not possible when the book only exists on the screens.
