Gentlemen just manage and get in... Medicals is ur major problem. BP screened out more than 80% of candidates wen it was just anxiety. Use wateva u can use. Nobody is testing for that. Open ur eyes for common errors that might b made by medical staff

No they don't test for it.. I know many RC guys current (Terma 2) used it to scale through.
Most of them took the pill the morning medicals was done. Even in Ibadan last year, I saw a guy taking BP drug, I later saw him participate in the race, suggesting he scaled medicals.
The problem of masking your BP is that one may pass medicals only to go and die during the race or training proper. Someone died last year at Ibadan during the race, he was flagged down during medicals he made calls and was readmitted only for him to give up the ghost.

They stopped it at some point but seniors did it to overweight Regular cadets.. the water that will be dripping from your body alone while jogging

I haven't heard of anyone having low BP in army medical screening, the tension alone in the environment is something else.
Low BP is also very dangerous I think it's also a serious issue.

I tried to plant my head, Damn!!!! That sh1t is hell, upon say I get table top head wey suppose give me better advantage, for where!!!!!! e be me like say my skull go burst this na 5secs into the planting oo!
How e go come be for people wey get spherical heads like Omeruo, N'golo Kante etal hmmm!
That hanging is even the worst of it all because your entire weight will be transferred to your neck and head, I no even know how them dey even take hang for that position.
The person that invented that punishment can't make heaven.

I enjoyed this thread. But seriously, they downplayed training here in Nigeria. I've heard Navy SBS training is quite difficult too.
I wish NDA can abolish planting and include some of those trainings.

the guy's death was like a movie. Ebonyi44 abi 46. So guys if u know u are not fit just leave the army work alone. I know most of us here are very passionate about it but we need to be a live first to live our dreams . I still rememberd everything major general Jida said after the guy died. All we did was observed a minute silence for him and screening continued like nothing happened. He was a father of two. Don't try to beat the system if it's a serious issue like BP. Also don't take any enhancement drug before the 3.2km, I know guys that came last(didn't make any bus), did 3 push-ups but the made the final list and have passed out. Good luck to everyone.

Yes, I met a fulani guy last year in kaduna, he was dropped for low BP, he said that is his third attempt and that has been his issue, he was underweight too, his weight was around 40-45, and low BP

He got married this year n told me he would try again this year
