I cancelled my application on September, 8 without doing biometrics and UKVI is yet to refund both my Visa fee and IHS. What should I do? I[b] need the money ASAP.

You need to keep contacting them until you get a clearer answer, refund can be slow with them

Paying electricity bills etc or should I just leave it without any transaction at all?

Both are fine... what important that the money never goes below your target amount . If you feel it might go under then best not to keep it busy

I did my biometric on 22nd of September too

Priority service

Did my biometric on 22/sept ( IKEJA )
And did phone interview since 29/Sept
I got decision mail since October 1
Since then I havnt gotten any other mail and it’s not yet transferred to VAC

please why is this delay ??

When someone has received a decision mail, what's next? We have seen cases here where for example people get decision mails and suddenly don't hear anything for days and sometimes weeks and when they call to escalate they get it the next day or same day. Also by the time they checked when the visa was stamped or approved, they ser it's either same day decision mail was sent or even few days before decision mail was sent.

What we are not sure of is why that happens.
