Can you kindly assist on how best to tackle these, I genuinely intend to return after the study , I included my letter from employer that I will return to work after my studies,
I got money lodgements from my corporate account and my current account but I didn't include letter to explain it.
I have a company account which I a signatory and my mum is a co director. I submitted CAC
I am married and included my marriage certificate. If this is sufficient as home ties.
I have a sister in UK
I indicated that I intended to stay with my cousin who stays closer to the school.
thanks.
Sorry. I understand how u feel.
I outlined the places u have to focus on to tackle it. How does this course and all of the money u want to spend on it benefit you as an individual either in ur academics or career or both?
This wud show your intent.

Also ur company that issued a letter sayin u wud return, should also have stated the great benefit u undertaking this course and returning to the company... how u wud be more set apart in ur job.. and ultimately what u would now be bringing to the table at the office.

Next u had money lodgements, as u confirmed above tht it was transferred from ur company acct to u... this looks to the ECO that it was done for the purpose to obtain a visa and tht the money is not really available to you. Also money for business is not intended for the running of your personal life, according to the ECOs.

If u desired to use the money from the company account, it’s not enough to just be having large deposits from there because u are a co director.
Is there a letter to this effect? Are those monies your salary or benefits from the company?
Did the other directors sign off permission for you to have those monies sent to you and on what basis..
these are the things you should have sorted out

If u go back now and apply that ur father will sponsor u, it looks fishy and as though u are desperate. This may get u a second refusal.

Ok . So the car deals are also entering your personal account as multiple deposits and withdrawals.
Then the salary u told them u earn could not be ascertained on ur bank statement but unknown to them this is because u are servicing a loan. This is a bad sign I think.

I dnt think u should reapply until u can sort out ur salary credits to appear monthly on ur bank statement in full.
If u decide to use funds from ur business to sort your trip out, then be ready to make a clean account as a self employed business man.
This would preferably entail u runnin a clean personal account and paying urself a fixed monthly amount from ur business account. Do this for a period not less than SIX MONTHS. Not to jumble and mix them both up
Ur business money is for the running of ur business, if u want it for holiday, there are processes. Pay urself monthly a salary, from this fixed monthly salary u wud be able to determine the answers to d rest of d questions.

Well said. This is the easiest way they understand self employed SOA.

Good evening guys, thanks for all the contributions, I enjoyed the Giffgaff network thing. Am done with what I came to Uk to do and it’s time to go back. Please am asking If anyone recently travel back to niger concerning covid test both here and paying online for another to be done on arival. I need to know what is obtainable from here. I will be traveling with Kenya airways (they did not require covid test though from Nigeria) I don’t know if they will require it for going back, any idea please

It's not really the airline that makes the rule, it's the Country you are flying into.

Nigeria requires a COVID test from all arrivals. Taken at least 72hrs before departure (Some documents say 120). NO airline will ideally fly you into Nigeria without one right now.

You also have to fill a pre arrival form and pay for a COVID-19 test with a lab in Nigeria, to be taken 7 days after your arrival. I paid $105 but the price varies based on the State (Abj or Lag).

You can also get the QR code and pay on arrival.

Family members that travelled recently said it's still same procedure as before, save for filling the arrival form 48hrs prior to arrival.

My result came out negative this morning and am traveling this evening. I have been trying to fill the form in the nitp site and not able to submit. It’s telling to try again later that the firm cannot be processed at this time. I hope the airline will accept only the negative test without the QR code. I will keep trying sha till departure

Yes, they will. If you still can't fill it until departure, you will be required to do so on arrival. Safe travels!

Yeah, but you should confirm you need one. You might be exempt especially if you are staying airside.
