If you said the bolded in front of me before now, I will pick up a fight with you. But now, I cannot help but admit you are more than right. I told a friend who has been so passionate about the protests that my problem with this thing is that things can get out of hands. This is not a developed country where protests can be handled peacefully by sane minds. Things can descend into anarchy and when anarchy looms, those pushing you will go behind a shield and you without one faces the heat. It is really sad. People of Benin do not understand the implications of 2 major jailbreak. A state that is having a cultism epidemic. Crime is about to spinoff on a larger scale.
By the way, the info was that the prisoners were communicating with their contacts outside who used the protests and the unpopularity of the law enforcement to achieve their aim. Weapons from the police station burnt was used in the jailbreak.
you and that other fool quoting each other are the worse fools i ve ever seen on naira. Check his moniker well he might be your brother. If the govt was good and doing its duties will the crime rate ever soar high? What employed youth have time for bush cultism. You think you know be i ve been long enough on nairaland to know you are one of those ppl with probably bushy hair roaming the street with one old 4.4 Android talking trash online. Go on and i am glad no one bothered to respo to you

Other videos I saw civilians shooting AK47 and others are chanting.....I have been against this protest since day one because I know Nigerian are mostly controlled by criminal mindset, even America which is the second best paid police in the world still, they experience excess use of police force yet they have never experienced this level of cruelty against the police

They are raping girls in Edo, they are robbing shops. Know this, for supporting evil, you won't escape it. Because it's perfectly deserved.

thats what revolution is. Buhari started this war with his nepotism and tyranny.

History will record him as the president who started a war.

This looming war is on his head.

We have been cowarding out of this war for long. We are afraid to loose our lives. And thats what gave buhari energy to oppress us more.

The war is here..lets break this country.

Is Nigeria a country sef?

Wlh I just pity the people in edo state, two prisons? The rich will be well protected and sleep well, meanwhile the protesters will not go back to their huts because crime will escalate seriously.

If you are saying it's getting out of hands then ask yourself,do you think the evil oligarchy will fold their hands and give away their grips on the country at a platter of gold? Do you think those senators house of reps ministers chief executives governors state house of assembly commissioners will simply obey you? Revolution does not come peacefully blood is already on the streets most of them are removing their customised plate numbers, the evil embedded in this country can only be rooted out by force, they are already fighting back with thugs,so if we back down do you think things will change? No

Feminist Coalition who has been sponsoring the protests are a faceless group in abroad.
Stupid youths, suddenly believe they have power made it their job to block the roads and frustrate government, not knowing it is themselves they are frustrating.
Other states copied it, now they have used it to destroy law and order.
The two main prisons in a massive Edo state has been let out open. Expect cultism and crime in that state to triple and of course no police to restore law and order unless military comes in.
The protests have done nothing more than taking Nigeria backwards. Criminals, cultists and kidnappers are extremely happy that there is less police presence on the streets. Let the blockade protests end now.

In addition the Feminist Coalition has been pushing for their agenda, which is LGBT rights. They opened Twitter account in less than 2 weeks and got verified on twitter in less than 1 week.

Whose fault is it, the Government fails to strengthen our security architecture any small thing like this, everywhere don scatter.
Since morning arrests has not been made. We must have sense by force.
If bokoharam members are released after training and they are not harming the citizens, y should prisoners be of much concern.

Something is really fishy.

Some will run to other West Africa countries,

Some will go back to stealing,

Some will repent, when hungry beat them, they will go back to their former lifestyle,

Some will go into ministry,

The worst of them all are the ones going to revenge.

Many are not ready (financially and mentally) to mix with the public.

Where’s Iranian/British Christiane Amampour of CNN who used nearly every slot of hers on CNN in 2014/15 to sell Muhammadu Buhari as the best presidential candidate for Nigeria?

Two to three days before the 2015 presidential election in Nigeria, Amanpour organized a live broadcast with Sanusi Lamido Sanusi where both talked as if without Buhari, no other person was fit to succeed then President Jonathan who they branded inept and most corrupt leader ever.

So you think your "protest" would move the clueless Buhari government? If it's government reform you want why still saying end SARS? Why beat around the bushes. Is SARS that important to government or are we all just hypocrites. How can you treat something you have not truthfully identified?
