It's not going to kill you if you start reading news.There is an agreement between Nigeria, Niger,Algeria and Morocco.West Africa is losing European market to Russian cause of the pipeline that connect Russia to Europe, it's cheaper to buy Russia oil,what Buhari is doing is trying to save the vanishing market for Nigeria fuel. The only market that remain is India and currently they are aggressively exploring for oil and gas in the India ocean for our time is running out.But tribalists don't see the future, everything is north vs south to them.
