Sorry to disturb you,and thanks for coming in.

I'm a guy of 24,I've been suffering halitosis(bad breath) for as long I cant remember,I brush at least twice everyday,but the fresh breath just doesnt last before the dragon smell shows up like a revenge or something,sometimes I dont have option but to brush in the afternoon,making it thrice for a day.

I need help,this thing is killing my self esteem and making me scared of meeting new people and even social gatherings,I will entirely be grateful if I can get help from someone here,I laid this complainh here because I believe I will find help here.

I know about whats going @ENDSARS,and the country's current situation,I'm one of the good youths that wants a better life for us and our next generation.Please just chip in something for me,you'd be saving a brother from shame and this will revive my confidence.thank you

You're probably one of those people weh dey brag of going to toilet only once in a week. Like say na good thing.

Get Listerine mouthwash-it kills germs that cause mouth odour
Drink lots of water to avoid dry mouth. Halitosis is bloomed by fasting and dryness of the mouth.
And also go to toilet often and stop accumulating toxins in your body

Start up with it first and chew gums too. Also avoid dry mouth

Go get your mouth thoroughly cleaned by a dentist, they are the kings in oral hygiene.
