Go to the person's profile and click on the link circled in the image below. If you follow each other, you should be able to type your message in a textbox on the subsequent page and the other party will receive it as an e-mail. Otherwise, the app will send a system generated mail to the person. They'll have to reply for the conversation to continue. You'll get the reply via mail too. Actually, the app doesn't have a real inbox functionality. All private communications take place outside the app. 3 Likes
